I messaged them super late to make an appointment and they were here first thing this morning!! They even called to make sure I got the message since we stayed at a hotel. They care about the customers! Donnie is absolutely amazing and knowledgeable! He was able to find something I didn't even know I had! I love this place! They are definitely my new go to place for plumbing. There are so many more things I could rave about

Josiah was fantastic! I was a little apprehensive at first because the issue I had was absolutely one that someone could have taken advantage of. He was honest, explained everything very well, and provided me options to get it taken care of without taking advantage of the situation. He was incredibly professional and polite and I’ll definitely be doing business with Action again.

ACTION company has a great crew working for them. I had CODY, CARSON, JOSHIA, JON & JORDON (boss) working on our Job . They let me know what I needed and price before they started. Replaced septic tank, lines & every thing that when with it. Told us updated every day . Did little extra we need done .Would call them all back again if needed. THANKS AGAIN . YOU ARE A GREAT CREW.

John Ramirez was OUTSTANDING!! This gentleman was knowledgeable and professional! He explained everything very thoroughly for me to understand! Had a new water heater installed and he did it quickly with every bit of attention to detail! I would use his services again and again!

Our toilet backed up in both bathrooms. When we called they sent two men both named Erick. They evaluated the problem and found the problem was in the drain leading to the city sewer. They gave a quote for the work on the blockage. Extremely friendly, companionate about their work. They fixed the problem in just about an hour. They even cleaned the bath tubs before leaving. Best service ever. Will only use them for all our pluming needs. The best ever :). :). :) :). :) CARSON CARTER, Connected our Smart Thermostat to our system. In the past we have had 4 people out from Angi's List and not one of them could connect our Smart Thermostat to the system and we tried different smart thermostats the recommended and they still could not connect to our system. Carter came in and immediately connected the thermostat and went to the system and connected it to the thermostat. It is working great and it did not take 4 hrs liked it did with Angi's contractors. Carson was able to do it in about 30 mins. He was wonderful, friendly, polite, and willing to answer any of our questions. The best ever :) :) :) :) :) :). These folks are great at everything they do. This company will handle all of our plumbing, septic, and anything else they handle. BEST COMPANY EVER WITH BEST TECHNICIANS. HELEN H

I had a water leak in the alley. Donnie Vasquez worked on it. Poor guy worked from 9am till 3 pm. I felt so bad for him. He worked so hard, digging up dirt to get to the leak. I am very very impressed by his hard work and dedication. I think in future, I will be calling Action Air and Plumbing. I cannot say enough good things about Donnie.

Erik and Eric came to our rescue. We called Action Air Plumbing & Septic in the middle of the day and they were there before 4:00 and had everything fixed by 5:15!! Very professional and knowledgeable. These 2 guys exemplify excellence for your company. We will definitely use them again in the future!

Josiah was definitely good at his job. Appreciated him finding the problem with our plumbing backing up and fixed it right away. Definitely recommend this company.
