I had a plumbing emergency that couldn't wait. This was the only place that was able to get someone to my house the same day. They were actually at my house within an hour. Both individuals were friendly, professional and quick to fix the problem. The price was affordable, especially for it being an after hour call. I highly recommend them and will use them again if ever needed.

I was in a rough spot with my water heater, and had water turned off in the house. I called Black Plumbing who had me in contact with a scheduler ASAP. The rep who came onsite, Travis, was very knowledgeable and professional. I had bought wrong parts, and had a very substandard setup that he fixed incredibly quickly. I thought the cost was incredibly reasonable, and I will probably use Black Plumbing exclusively moving forward.

Dan came out within 15 minutes and took really great care of me. My plumbing issue is now fixed!!! He was so nice and polite and answered my questions promptly!! I will be calling them again!!!

Zack and Case were very professional and honest. He came out, got my water heater fixed, and was honest about everything going on. Us as people deserve the best of the best when it comes to public service and these guys are it. Highly recommend!

We had a hot water slab leak. Buddy & his crew came out, very quickly, & had it repaired in 5 hours. We are very grateful for their professional expertise. They took the time to clean up the sheet rock dust & made sure everything was in working order. I can’t praise them enough.

Not up front about cost. As it was I was paying overtime rate at 225 per hour. After he did 45 minutes of work he then told me he was going to charge me for 1.5 hours because he starts his billing from when he leaves his house. I was not told about this ahead of time or I would have gone with the first service I spoke with. Not using them again.
