Celebrated 2 years of this plumbing service ruining my sisters living room and still nothing. After their plumber fell through the ceiling repairing a gas line. Chris stayed late and was nice at the time. They were promised that they would be back to fix the hole ASAP. Fast forward and multiple calls, broken promises(the lady promised to fix it herself if no one else did) and finally blatant ignoring of calls and I can heartily recommend not using them EVER. Very disappointing.

Blue Sky Plumbing's Owner is honorable, trustworthy, dependable and honest. I will always call Blue Sky for my plumbing problems. They are always able to come out immediately. I think they should be voted Best in Lubbock. Thank you Blue Sky.

I called late on a Thursday before a holiday weekend for an emergency repair to a broken pipe in a meter box. Multiple other plumbers had already told me they would be glad to come out two, four or even five days later. When I called Blue Sky, I spoke with a person who put me in touch with who I can only presume to be the owner. He immediately assured me that he had "on call" people for just such situations. Just a few minutes later, the on call plumber called me to get detailed directions to the location. Fifteen minutes later, the plumber was there and he proceeded to inspect the problem and in just a few more minutes, the repair was complete. The plumber was personable, courteous and best of all, very reasonable considering the late hour and the upcoming holiday. I give them two thumbs-up, five stars, and a neighborly atta-boy for helping out a fellow citizen in need. Will definitely call Blue Sky Plumbing first next time.

"Just wanted to say how great Johnny was! What a character!! Came out earlier than was expected, and he got the water running to both my house and to my tenants house. Terrible company. Owner is a theif. Did not do the job correctly and charging for things not complete. Hiring an attorney to sue. Calling the state board and turning them in for shotty work and theft
