I was having an ongoing issue with my ac unit and the 1st company I reached out to couldn’t fix it after 2 visits. Today I called Duncan. I explained the issue and within 10 minutes the problem was found and my ac unit is working the way it should again. I’m a very satisfied customer.

Our air conditioner went out and they were so prompt at getting a technician here within 2 hours of our calling them. We had to get a new unit and they kept us informed about shipping and when it got here they installed it the next morning. We have used Duncan for 30 years and they are a great group of folks.

Duncan Heating and Air has been a true lifesaver for us amidst the scorching heat wave in West Texas. Their prices were incredibly reasonable, and their communication was top-notch. They swiftly addressed the necessary repairs without pushing any unnecessary add-ons on us. Their focus was solely on fixing what needed to be fixed, and they did so efficiently.

My A/C went out last night. I called Duncan early and got their service. A technician called me back quickly. The technician, Steve, was professional, courteous efficient and quick. I feel they changed a fair price for the new motor and labor. I will definitely use them in the future!

I accidentally ran over the Freon pressurized pipe for the ac with my lawn mower. On a Sunday of course. I was so upset, calling everywhere I could to get quotes. Every place I called, and it was a ton of places available 24/7, quoted me at at least $1600 and said it would take hours to replace and they couldn’t get to it same day. Called Duncan, they were here within the hour, fixed it within an hour and charged me $561. They are amazing! Will forever use this company!!!! So kind, helpful, fast, trustworthy, and they don’t take advantage of you and price gouge. Thank you, Duncan!!!!

We called after midnight on Friday night. The person answering the phone took down the details and said a tech would be out in the morning. At about 6:45am I received a call verifying that we still wanted service. I told them that we did. The tech arrived at about 7:25am. Steven knows his stuff - down to what year the outside air conditioning unit was installed. He diagnosed the problem, changed out the part, added a little coolant, did the paperwork and was done by 7:45am. It wasn’t what I would call “cheap” - but I do think I paid a fair price for service that quick and competent. It’s now 8:15am and my house is back to its normal temperature.

We called Duncan because we had a plumbing issue with our toilet, bathtub, and washer. Justin showed up quickly and was very professional. He explained all the issues that caused the clogged pipe and fixed it quickly. He was very thorough and I would definitely call him again if we have any other plumbing or AC issues.

I rarely do reviews at all. But Considering how this company saved my Family today I felt the need to do as such. I called, and im not exaggerating, over 20 companies on my Friday Morning when I Noticed my AC was out and blowing Hot air. I got blown over by every one of them telling me they can get to me maybe on Monday. Its 109 Degrees outside and you want me to wait for the weekend? On and On it went, until we Came across Duncan and they Said they would take care of us. I Kid you not 10 Minutes later they called me letting me know a tech had finished early and was on his Way. Very professional shows up and takes care of business. I got my AC back on Cooling down the house within 10 minutes of that. I could not recommend this Company more then I do. They will be getting all of my business that I can possibly give them. Don't waste your time with other Companies. They obviously didn't want my Business.
