Our technician’s name was Jerry. He was very professional and very nice. We had gotten a new faucet and garbage disposal for our kitchen and he did such a great job Installing them for us. They were right on time when they said they would be there and everything was finished in a timely manner. If and when I need Plumbing services again, I will more than likely Use Earl’s again.

My technician was Justin V. He was wonderful to talk to and explained the situation with my water pipe that had broken, he was extremely professional. All around Great service and fixed the issue quickly.

Kenny and his buddy came to unclog my toilet. They were very kind and professional. He explained all that he would do to fix my shower and gave me an estimate. After unclogging the toilet, they made sure they cleaned up all the water and left it very clean.

Absolutely pathetic. I had home warranty though earls as part of purchasing a home this year, 4 months later my water heater went out and I called earls to file a claim with the warranty. They sent a tech out that Sunday who took a look at the unit and confirmed that he would replace it under warranty. When i filled the claim i was told it was a 140$ deductible and after that a 1000$ allowance to replace or repair which seemed odd since water heaters run for 300-500 at lowes or home depot. When the tech returned with the new unit he advised me of the cost of the service and stated that erals sold there water heater for 1700$ and since i had the insurance i would still owe 700+$. We ended up allowing them to install the unit since he was already there and we didn’t have time to deal with it that day. This company and there warranty is a fraud and scam. If you know how to do any of your own work your better off without it and if your incapable of replacing your own hot water heater know your absolutely getting scammed with or without the warranty. Its absurd that they mark up the product from 500 to 1700 and you break even at best with the warranty. Its completely unethical and if i have a warranty that cost 500+ upfront i shouldn’t be paying much of anything for a hot water heater you can get at lowes. Now im out 700$ a month before my wedding. What a pathetic scam. The tech however was cool and did fix several issues he saw as he made the replacement which is the only thing of value that happened that day. So great employees but horrible business practices

Earl’s plumbing is so awesome!! Our plumbing technician, Beau Martin, was amazing ! He is so experienced and knowledgeable and yet he took the time to carefully read the instructions about our new fireplace system and our stove before he installed them with a new propane line. Both plumbers were very professional and friendly and made sure everything was finished and cleaned up. Also their pricing was reasonable. We had another quote that was very UNreasonable and there’s no way they could be any better than Earl’s! I feel very confident that this was done with care and precision! Don’t go with another company without checking out Earl’s first!

Earl's appliance repair is top notch. They have great people working for them, including highly experienced technicians like Chad Eubanks. He gave my refrigerator a thorough review, determined it was beyond its useful life (16 years old and not a reliable brand), and then a bunch of really good recommendations for a replacement. His recommendations probably saved me over $800. For a reasonable service call charge, he saved me a bunch of money and gave me a great education to boot. Thank you!!
