We have used F3 for over a year now and have had a fantastic experience for both plumbing and HVAC services. The team was professional, efficient, and transparent about pricing. They quickly resolved our plumbing issue and improved our HVAC system, leaving our home more comfortable. They are very trustworthy and I feel completely comfortable giving them the code to our house so they can do whatever works we need done while we are away for the day. Super convenient! These guys are the absolute best! I'm in the Dallas area and do as much as I can to help my parents in Sundown. Cody has answered my every call - even after hours to schedule services for my parents. Shawn has been out on both calls and has the patience of a Saint - (mom is hard hearing and daddy has dementia) - My parents can sometimes be a handful! Mom has complimented him each time. Lets not forget that Sundown is an hour away. Thank you Cody and Shawn for everything!

F3 worked on replacing our A/C unit. Although there were issues along the way, they still respected the original quote and worked to resolve the problems. When there was necessary visit after the installation, they stood behind the work and did not ask for additional payments.
