Townsend has always been a fast and efficient well service. Called after hours and call was answered. Was out in the morning to confirm the pump had failed and had pump replaced by early evening. Highly recommend for your well servicing!

Townsend Pump was a pleasure to work with! They set a new water well and pump at our winery in Smyer, Texas. Daryl came out, found the best spot to drill the well and helped us through every step of the process. Their customer service is top notch and we appreciate the honest work they've provided. Well recommended!!

Our well pump sensor failed and was causing our well pump to run 24/7. Amos came out almost immediately after I called and had it fixed in 10 minutes, all the parts on his truck. Amos was an absolute joy, y’all have won my business over 100% All my commercial properties are on well water also, and I will be calling Townsend Pump for those also. We needed a new well pump. Daryll, Kendra, and Amos came out and took care of everything in an expert manner. We decided to go ahead and replace my pressure tank as well. Glad I did as everything got straightened out and looks so much better now. We love the water pressure from the new constant pressure well pump system. Makes filling the pool a lot faster. Showers are better too. It was a privilege to watch father and daughter working in perfect harmony with huge pipe wrenches as they handled the well pipes. It was obviously not their first rodeo! They represent all that is good about Lubbock.
