Great Service. Had an issue with our Air Gap with our Kitchen Sink, and two other minor fixes for the bathroom. They came same day and on time, took care of the fixes quickly. Great service and highly recommend!

Never using again.WATCH OUT! Was up charged to 1 and half hr on when he was done in less than hr. As I needed to go check on family members, I was watching the clock. He sat out in truck almost 20 minutes doing invoice for unstopping sink without any parts. I even went out there to see what was taking so long because I needed to leave. I have used them many yrs on 3 different properties and never had that. Just had them at my mothers and was told they stop clock when they are done! Owner laughed at me when I told him he was overcharging and he would lose all 3 accounts. Maybe itâs a new owner but never had that with them!

I have everything to say good about Michael Pena he was really conversational about his work and the duties he was about to perform he was really professional and I love seeing that in young men I'm sure he's got a lot of learning but this young man has potential in the job and career he has chosen he was very professional and he did his job to the max I will recommend him and the company to family and friends I'm sure that the company will continue to treat him well and he will do the company well in return good job Michael keep up the good work this is a tough line of work this trade is not for everyone so look over your coworker shoulders to see if there's something you can learn because every day is a learn also thank you West Tech Plumbing for coming out the second time to make sure that the job was correct you guys are in my contact list have a blessed one

First off, let me just say that I will never use WesTech plumbing again. My technician arrived at 1:15 PM and after looking at the brand of back flow regulator that I had he advised that he did not bring that brand with him and that they sent him with a different brand. Had I been called prior to arrival and asked I wouldâve told him the brand that I had. Instead, he walked back to his truck at 1:20 PM and called the owner of Reese plumbing who they have an account with to see if they had the back flow regulator brand that I needed. The owner advised that he was not at his store and that he would drive there to check. That took 40 minutes to get a callback to find out that they did have the brand that I needed. That was 40 minutes of the plumber standing around small talking with me while I was paying them to do nothing. After he received the call he then left to go pick up the part and came back one hour later. I knew I was going to be charged for the drive time and I was I expecting that, what I did not expect is that I was going to be up-charged on the part itself. I called Reece plumbing when this incident was over and they advised that without an account, which I told him I did not have, the part was $277.76 with tax. On the invoice I received from WesTech plumbing I was charged $332.50 for the same part. Again since they had an account with that store, they got it cheaper than what I wouldâve paid so it was a 16 to 17% up charge on the part on top of drive time that I paid. The technician arrived back at my house at 3:10 PM. It took him 30 minutes to replace the part. At 3:39 PM, according to my security cameras, he returned to his van to start the bill. He had to download pictures from his phone before the bill could be finalized. It took him 20 minutes to download the pictures because he said that they use T-Mobile service and that I did not have good coverage at my residence. I told him they should switch to AT&T because I had good service. He said that he has talked to his boss before about switching to AT&T, but that he said it was too expensive. I was being charged for the 20 minutes that it took him to download the pictures holding his phone to the sky trying to find service. At 3:56 the technician called the office and spoke to the woman who finalized the bill. He spoke to her for multiple minutes telling her what to write on the bill and that he was having so much trouble downloading the photos. At 4:05 PM I made a note that he said on the phone to the woman âyeah Iâm doneâ. He was done at 3:39 PM actually. Never in my life have I been charged for the time it takes to finalize a bill nor have I ever seen a bill take 30 minutes to be finalized. At 4:08 PM the technician walked over to me and said here is my telephone number write it down. I was confused but wrote it down. He then said âbecause youâre not gonna like this billâ. He advised that because we were over 4 oâclock that it was rounded to the nearest half hour so it went to 4:30 PM. I was charged for 3 1/2 hours of labor when I should have been charged an hour of drive time and 30 minutes of replacement time for an hour and a half of labor. The fact that I had to wait 40 minutes for a phone call from the owner of the plumbing store that they have an account with because my technician said âthe employees at this store donât know what theyâre doing so I called the ownerâ I paid for that 40 minute wait plus an extra 30 minutes at the end when he was really done at 3:39 PM I was charged to 430 PM and given a 17% up charge on the part that he purchased. Because of all of this I am extremely unsatisfied with my experience and will not be using this company again. I recommend that if you do use this company, make sure that you are in the T-Mobile service area and that you tell them the exact name and brand of the part that you need replaced or fixed.

Westech got to my house not only on the same day but within 4 hours of me calling them for an appointment. Matt did a great job! He was very polite & even brought my packages into the house when he was leaving. WesTech is a great company with Awesome people!!

They figured it out! I had an unusual problem where I lost hot water to my kitchen sink. These guys called each other and brain stormed and got my problem figured out and fixed. Very clean, courteous and professional.
