The technician who helped us was Jose, and he was nothing short of excellent! Bow Tie was super easy to work with, responded fast, and showed up within the window they provided. I highly recommend them! I originally called them for a second opinion, which was the right call. They didn't charge me anything until work needed to be done. The first unnamed Plumbing company charged me $100 for just coming out. Needless to say, Bow Tie will now be my first call! Again, I highly recommend Bow Tie for all your plumbing needs, they are great!

Bow Tie Plumbing gave me excellent service. The first time I called they fixed my leaking toilet. The second time they fixed my garbage disposal. Kelton was my service technician for the garbage disposal and he was courteous and knowledgeable. The work was completed timely and the pricing is reasonable. I highly recommend Bow Tie Plumbing.

Bryson was very professional and accommodating. He explained what his services would cost, he gave helpful suggestions, he listened to what I wanted and we both agreed on how it would be done so that he could warranty his work. I wanted the same decorative supply line that I had for the last 22 years. He said he would be glad to take the supply line I had to see if he could still match it at one of his suppliers. He called me today to let me know that he had found the same decorative supply line at one of his suppliers and he would be out later in the day to install it - see pictures. Bryson is one of those people who go above and beyond to make his customers happy. You can tell he is a quality and capable young man who cares. Nick met me at the door with the big smile came in diagnosed the issue. Apologize for having to leave and go get a part but did came back and fixed it very quickly. It was pleasant to deal with and I definitely use them again.

I decided to replace my 18 water heater before it failed and became an emergency. Nick came to the house, examined my current installation, explained what he would do and how long he thought it would take. He also offered options. There was no pressure. Needed a toilet replaced, texted Travis on Monday afternoon and got on the schedule for Wednesday. Nick was prompt, called when he was on his way, then again when he arrived. Was in and out in less than an hour. So quick and easy, these folks are awesome!
