Mr.Jones is a fabulous plumber. He’s come to our house rwice and he’s done a perfect job for us in both cases. His bedside manner is excellent and he’s got a terrific sense of humor (a tad dry). Cle is our plumber. Period. End of story.

I am a Licensed Realtor & Property Manager... I use Cle Jones exclusively for my personal needs, rental properties and recommend him to all of my buyers and sellers. This guy is hands down professional. What you get: 1) on time service 2) fair estimates 3) work completed as requested 4) clean and thorough work area 5) he won't "fix" something just to fix it. If work is not needed he will explain that just as he would the work that is needed. Work completed for me includes but not limited to: Sink and faucet repair, toilet demo and install, hot water heater replacements, complete re- plumbing of a 1600 sq. ft home. Removed cast iron pipes and replaced with PVC... UNDER THE SLAB! This man is awesome.

Mr. Jones is a Master Plumber for sure. I have used him several times. Each time he came out, he fixed the problem within minutes. His prices are honest and fare. I recommend anyone who needs a plumber to use his services. Beyond his technical skills, Cle Jones's friendly demeanor and professional attitude make him a pleasure to work with. He approaches each task with a positive attitude and a genuine desire to help his clients. It's rare to find someone in the service industry who is as reliable and trustworthy as Cle Jones.

I was a little hesitant about having Mr. Jones do the repairs in my home after reading the reviews of his past work, but he did a great job. He may lack a little bit of “bedside manner,” but the work he did was fantastic! I really enjoyed meeting him. I would call him again if needed.

Had a water leak coming from a supply line underneath our bathroom. We have a older built home with PVC and galvanized pipe. The plumber did not even show till about 5 pm that evening. Once he arrived I saw him to the crawl space that has to be used to get underneath the house. He looked down with his flashlight and asked me where the leak was located. I told him and he did not even try to enter the crawl space to look for himself. He just told me that we have old galvanized pipe and while trying to repair the line he would probably move other water line underneath the house and cause them to leak as well. I was told to have the whole house re-piped and then he left after I paid his service fee.

This was the most unprofessional work one had tried to do for me. The technician comea to my door in this covid-19 season without a face mask I had to ask him to get one. then he goes to my attic where he was supposed to fix the head of the water heater vent that disconnectEd from the water heater. He first said it was caused by people who changed my roof. I told him that was over 9months ago and so that couldn’t be so as he tried to force the disconnected vent head to the the water heater and he broke the elbow connecting the vent through the roof. He said the home warranty wouldn’t cover it he needed to tell the authorization department. He actually filled a report that he met the whole vent broken and left from there. He had the dislodged vent placed on my air conditioning duct work thank God I went back to check upstairs. He had not the know how nor the decency to take responsibility for damaging my property. Such a person should not be trusted with peoples properties.

Mr. Jones does great work! He’s a matter of fact guy, that gets right to it, and gets it done.
