The price for the isolation test was less than every company in the DFW metroplex except one. The quality of service was wonderful and it was very clear that the owner is a very skilled individual. He found a missing clean out in under a minute. I was surprised by his cost to repair so much that I had to deduct a star from this review. Unlike most people I call between 50-100 companies to figure out the best price possible. The highest three quotes were $21K, $30K, and $40K and this company was among these three. The guy that won the bid came in under $13K and while that’s still a bit high, my time was short considering everything.

Yesterday, 01-24-2025 at about 5:00 pm, the alarm on the pan to our “2009” hot water heater went off due to the tank leaking steadily and having had Condy’s phone number from a previous bathroom remodel, gave him a call. He offered to come right out and check it out, but I asked if I just texted him a picture of what we had if that would save the trip. So, shortly after sending the pictures, he called and offered to get a new one and install it that night. Talk about customer service at a fair price Condy of ICON Plumbing, had the old water heater removed and a new one up and running by 9:10 pm that night.

Called after unsuccessfully trying to unclog a dual vanity. Opted for next day service to avoid an emergency call-out fee late at night. He arrived about 30 minutes after the appointment window the next morning, but he did text to apologize for running late. The repair was completed quickly. We would definitely call again, if needed.

He was on time, gave me estimate of cost and time, efficient, explained patiently and answered questions, polite, respectful, cleaned area. I can't say enough how great and fair he was!!!!!!

Will definitely use/recommend Icon Plumbing again! Called later in the evening, Condy texted when he was on the way and arrived in the 30 min he said he would.. unclogged my kitchen drain and is coming back to update the plumbing under my sink… Friendly, Professional, and prompt…

We had a plum king issue and called around 5:30pm Condy got here within less than 30 minutes and stayed until past 8pm working on fixing our plumbing issue. He provided a great service and I would definitely recommend anyone with plumbing issues to reach out to his business.

Condy was great! He came on a Sunday a little over an hour after I called and replaced the previous owners shady outside faucet setup and made it good as new. Now I’m back in my wife’s good graces! Thanks again Condy, you’ll be our first call in the future.
