I called KMP Plumbing after discovering that both our front and back outdoor faucets had frozen and burst, despite being properly covered during the freeze. We initially reached out to another plumbing company, but they couldn’t schedule us for two days and were unable to provide a clear timeframe. In need of a quicker solution, we contacted KMP Plumbing the same day, and they arrived within just four hours. Their team was professional, honest, and extremely thorough in their work. Not only did they efficiently fix the problem, but they also identified and corrected issues caused by our home builder, problems that had gone unnoticed by the city Inspector and the inspection company that we hireduntil now. Their expertise and recommendations were invaluable, KMP Plumbing provided top-notch service, and we highly recommend them for their prompt response, attention to detail, and quality workmanship.

There were two toilet replacement shutoff valves, unclogging sink, and dishwasher plumbing issues. Nick explained everything he found and the why of it. He was very truthful and told me - after testing - the dishwasher was an appliance issue. He showed me how to shut off various plumbing shutoffs in the house. The lady who called me in the morning, I think her name was Michelle, I don't remember very well, but she was very sweet and patient with me, because I don't speak much English. My technician was Jesus, they did a very professional and clean job. I will definitely use their services on another occasion.

Kevin Kennedy from KMP showed up on time and got my leak broken PRV replaced and running in a timely manner. Very patient and professional, I am a difficult customer but he was all about customer service and satisfaction, great job, did what and how we discussed. Highly recommend those guys, I have seen them installing and fixing at DFW airport, very reliable and responsive. The cost of work well done and peace of mind.
