Bewley plumbing makes me feel more like my neighbor has come over to help me fix something, rather than the corporate types trying to sell something. Friendly, responsive and professional, they seem to genuinely care about the customer and the quality of their work. Thank you Bewley for your recent work, especially Bryan and John, you guys are awesome.

Andrew was great locating a second PRV that was installed by the builder and was killing our water pressure. Found it in the yard wrapped in plastic. He took it out and our pressure is working fantastic. Greg in the front office was also super helpful throughout the process. I will use them from now on.

I reached out to Bewley for a water heater issue. Gregg was more than helpful gathering information on warranty information and following up with timely texts. This was all done on his own initiative. If you receive that level of service even before his company comes out to the job or not, you can definitely expect that this company values its customers, current or future. Bewley provided a quick estimate for that outlined all costs. Working around weather issues - the work was completed in a timely manner. I appreciate how they moved the dirt and refuse into neat piles and covered them with a tarp. I recommend them for water main repairs.

I cannot say enough about Greg and the guys that recently came out and took care of my uncle’s house in Anna. They really went above and beyond with customer service and got the job done right. Impressed with the knowledge and quick response time of this team. Our hot water heaters went out during a cold spell and they were able to get over same day that I called and diagnose the problem and solution in less than 30 minutes. Very nice team and an affordable service fee.

These guys did a great job. In hindsight I should have did more to keep the dog quit while they were here. He kept barking non stop. For some reason it did not bother me that day. Hardships do that to you I guess. I had my hot water heater installed wrong for 6 years so we never really had proper hot water. Since these dudes installed our water heater, it has been a real life saver; especially this past harsh winter. They charge the standard rate but in this case it was defiantly worth it. Thankfully they did give us a military discount. It took them a while and hard work; to figure out that the water heater was not properly plumbed. They even had to switch water heaters thanks to my lack of knowledge about such things; on the phone. These guys worked hard all day to get it done; without one complaint to me. They even had to have the owner come here to help them figure out what was wrong. When they left I noticed one of the guys was really on edged; yet they held their peace. It has weighed heavy on me all this time and that was on Jul 10th, 2024. I am glad I finally gave them a good review. Also they are really high tech. They used the internet allot and their message service made it possible to contact them immediately all the time. That was very impressive; you just do not see that kind of thing. They were recommended by my next door neighbor, who has a repair business and he said they are very well known as dependable; by local McKinney people and he was right.
