Felipe and Manuel are the best! Felipe is a great supervisor, I had bad experience dealing with other people when I had issues, there were not that professional, Felipe must to train other technicians. Initially, I had an issue with water not draining in my laundry room. Felipe and Manuel came and cleared the clog, and we tested to ensure everything was working fine. However, they didn’t stop there—they went outside to double-check that there were no blockages in the system. That’s when they discovered a piece of plastic stuck in the drainpipe, which been there since the house was built. It took them a lot of extra time to remove it, but they made sure everything was in perfect condition before leaving. Huge thanks to them for going the extra mile and ensuring there were no lingering problems!

I have a new home that D&M plumbing did the plumbing on for D R Horton homes in Silverado. I have tried everything to get my plumbing problem fixed (when I turn on the washing machine I can’t take a shower, the water pressure/volume drops to near nothing. I called D&M requesting they come out and find the problem. I provided the attached photos. I’m not a plumber but I have owned 4 other homes. Never had this problem After several requests for something to be done a representative contacted me. They agreed to come out and check out the problem. I had to call back twice then I received a call that they were at my house to check the PRV valve. They called me back that the valve needed adjustment. The adjustment worked. I no longer have a pressure problem. I changed the rating to 3 stars.

This company came to replace my tankless water heater and they were very late. On a positive note, The guy who replaced it was quick and changed it out. They replaced it with a water heater of value about $1000. My initial water heater was valued at $2000. When I called to figure out why they installed a water heater that was less comparable they said it was sufficient and then hung up on me. This place is unprofessional and told me to contact our builder about the problem. I can’t imagine paying this company any money. Stay away

I have used D&M for 10 years for both of my DR Horton homes. They have serviced over 1000 customers, and to see 8 negative reviews tells you something: they should have 99% positive reviews. My plumber arrived on time and fixed my broken shower knob which had 2 stripped screws, and replaced my old kitchen faucet quickly. Excellent work, highly recommended. Staff is courteous and easy to work with. And their prices are reasonable compared to most. No trip fee, almost all plumbers charge $40. I will continue to use D&M.

Earlier today I received a message from Austin at D & M Plumbing and when I returned his call, Austin was very rude and unhelpful. I further stated that I am a Realtor and requested for him to double check my number and see if he can find out the nature of his call. He quickly replied that this would take over 20 minutes and he is tired of dealing with Real Estate Agents. I have tried to tell him that he shouldn't be rude for someone that is simply trying to figure out why but instead, Austin just hung up the phone on me. Maybe this is how they operate maybe not but I will make note of this on my phone directory and stay away from this company for any future contact.

POOR work. I have a DR Horton home in Silverado that used this company. The wax seal on my toilet is leaking underneath my ceramic tile. Unfortunately I’ve been in my house almost 2 years so I’ll have to fix it myself.

Terrible experience!!! I need someone to call me ASAP! They sent a plumber on Friday to check our pipes in the laundry room and the bathroom because it kept backing up. Well, he apparently messed something up because now my whole house is flooded from the washing machine! They don’t even have a website and of course no one is going to answer the phone! D.R. Horton refers us to this trash plumber for our warranty. He didn’t fix any of our issues, only created more!!!

When the guy came out to fix our leak I told him and my wife told him do not break the brick. For two reasons one it was supposed to rain night night and two they don’t do brick repair the leak was in the garage which we say we don’t understand why you can’t go through the drywall. I told him do not break the brick as soon as I went inside to get my phone he started breaking the brick to fix the leak after I just told him do not break the Break. So not only do we have a big hole in the side of our house now we have to call somebody to come replace the brick because they don’t do it, After the guy said that his fee also included the guy to come fix the brick. So now I’m stuck with a hole in the side of my house until I need find somebody to come replace the brick not knowing how much that is going to cost. When we called the main office your office Manager said there’s three sides to every story like we’re lying to her about telling him not to break the brick. So when I requested that we sit down with guy and talk She pretty much denied me the opportunity and told me I will have to call DR Horton to have them give me somebody to come fix the brick I kind of feel like if you’re gonna break break to fix something you should have somebody on hand I can fix brick. Then she told us that we’re gonna be on her list that they will never come out to our house again like we would want them back out
