Genzel Plumbing Company

Genzel sent two young men in company uniform to our home. We had an issue with a refrigerator faucet for ice water that was broken. They were able to replace the faucet in 20 minutes, and cleaned up the area after. We asked them an addition question about a tub drain, and they gave us great advice and helped us fixed it in minutes. Excellent service and we would highly recommend them for home plumbing needs.

I am very happy with service today, we had water leak from our front yard tap for almost 2 weeks. I called today and got appointment right away, receptionist was helpful and friendly. Techs. they arrived on time today and did really good job and repaired damage. Highly recommend Genzel plumbing company to my family & friends. :)

Genzel is my go-to for any plumbing situation, period. For my own house, clients, or referring - just so much better than all the other outfits I've worked with. Parker, Wyatt, Avery, Jamie, and the whole crew at Genzel have great customer service, and are very prompt and professional, even in tough situations. Great experience with Genzel Plumbing. I have used them in the past as well now and I have nothing but great things to say about them. Wyatt Williamson was the technician who came today and he and his co worker were fantastic. I know I will use Genzel again. I highly recommend this friendly and personable company to anyone with plumbing needs.

I needed to get a hose bib replaced that had a slow leak. Genzel Plumbing was professional, communicated clearly, and was priced fairly. I would for sure hire them again for future plumbing needs.

Outstanding service every time I have used them, and this wasn't any different. so professional and honest and quick and prompt, and their prices are more then fair. I thought I needed a part for an expensive faucet, that was going to cost like 200 hundred dollars, plus labor and when Brody the plumber got into the mechanics of the faucet, he told me the part was still good, just loose. he charged me a reasonable fee for what he did minus the extra 200 it could have cost me. He did have to take it apart and rebuilt it, even went to a plumbing supply store which was about a 17min drive each way, I was pleased with their effort and everything including the price and the Brody was very nice as well. I would call them first, every time, if I ever need any plumbing work done.Thx :)

Parker did a great job with fixing our water pressure issue. He was diligent, quick and courteous. I recommend Parker and the Genzel team for any of your plumbing needs. The customer support team was great as well - we were in time sensitive pinch and they were very accommodating and got us in quickly.

I can't express enough gratitude to the entire team for assessing, diagnosing, and repairing our plumbing issue. If I missed anyone, I apologize, as I know it was a full team effort. Our plumbing issue couldn't have happened at a worse time—right before the holiday with family arriving the same day. The team was upfront with me, explaining that due to other work orders, they might not be able to fix our issue for a few days since we called on a Friday morning. It made sense that a solution might not come until the following Monday. However, some Christmas magic must have happened because they returned to our home and fixed the issue much sooner than expected. I don't know how they did it, but we were BEYOND thankful. I understand that our situation and timing might not align with all clients, but when we called in a panic, they showed up, diagnosed, and delivered a solution WAY earlier than we anticipated. We couldn't have been happier, and neither could my family. Again, I realize that our situation may not align with all parties or situations, but I will forever be grateful to this company and crew for any future needs we may have and will fully recommend them to others. I would have been fine with a Monday deadline, and somehow, they delivered a miracle to us. Thank you all for your dedication and efforts.
