I received service from J & K Plumbing through American Home Shield. I was very happy with Jake and the work he did replace a leaky pipe. Jake took time to explain things thoroughly and was very friendly. Kathy was super nice to me when I called with questions. I would definitely hire J & K in the future.

I recently had a great experience with a plumber sent through Home Shield. The company was assigned to me instead of another plumbing service, and I'm glad they were! The plumber was extremely respectful and courteous throughout the visit. It was clear that he knew exactly what he was doing, and I appreciated his honesty in explaining the issue and the work that needed to be done. Overall, I felt very comfortable with his professionalism and expertise. I would definitely call on this company again for any future plumbing needs.

They are scams. They only want to collect your $120 service fee. Happened twice to me. Initially got connected by AHS and they did send people to check. However, there is never any follow-up actions once the service fee is collected by marking the service complete but nothing is actually done. After I followed up with them a few times, they started to dodge the phone calls. So stay away from them. If AHS assigns your project to them, ask for a different company.

J&K Plumbing was assigned by my Home Warranty company, AHS. My Moen kitchen faucet was leaking everytime I activated it. The plumber was obviously very experienced. He knew immediately the issue after taking a quick look and recommended that I contact Moen to get a replacement faucet since it under a lifetime warranty thus no need to purchase a new faucet which saved me hundreds of dollars. Some plumbers would have tried to sell me parts and services that I would not have needed. I respect the honesty and integrity of the plumber. I believe his name was Dustin.

They were sent to us thru American home sheild, this is not the first time we have used them. They are very respectful and very patient when we have questions. The last time we used them we had another company go out and was told they had to break into the wall to get to the stoppage and wanted alot of money. We wanted a 2nd opinion and J&K plumbing went out and took care of the stoppage with out having to break into the wall that was 9 months ago and haven't had an issue since. We will definitely stay with them. And if it's thru American homesheild will request to have them sent to us.

Had J&K come out to the house yesterday to fix am several leaky faucets and toilet. Not sure what the man’s name was but he was incredibly nice and professional. Made quick work of all of our leaks and was even informative about what was happening when we asked. Would recommend to anyone for sure

Technician came out to fix my tankless water heater. I told him what error code i was receiving. Without testing anything I was told that its not working because it needs to be cleaned and serviced by a reheem certificate technician. I called a different company out to look at the waterheater and they told me that I had a bad heater coil line and that they didn't have one but that I could order it from Amazon. It took me 3 min to fix the waterheater once the part arrived. I wish J&K would have at least tried to figure out what the real cause was instead of just assuming they knew the problem.
