Made repairs that were needed. Very happy with the work that was done. The 2 plumbers that came out were very nice and courteous. Have used this company about 6 times on different issues. Will continue to use their services.

Miles and his team are incredible. They are straight forward and more importantly know what they’re doing. Miles looked at a bunch of different scenarios to what the issue was and coming from. Had 3 other companies come out and not a single one was nearly as thorough or knew what they were trying to accomplish.

The team they sent was great! They were prompt, wore booties in the house, and got enough hot water going until the part can be replaced! No hot water on Sunday morning is a tough way to wake up. At least it will be hot tomorrow! Update: I had them install the whole house filtration system and once again they were great. Team was on time, courteous, explained things to me etc. all in all a great experience.

It was 6:00 PM on a Saturday night when the intake line of our hot water heater in the attic developed a leak, causing water to drip from the first floor ceiling into the laundry room. Riddell Plumbing was here by 7:00 and the problem was fixed by 8:00. The gentleman who serviced the unit was gracious and competent. He got the work done in less than one hour, saving the charge for an additional hour. Thank you Riddell - I would recommend your services to anyone who asked.

Experienced plumber & apprentice were on time. They were very pleasant. Knew what needed to be done & did repair quickly & without making a mess. Replaced frost proof spigots x2 quickly. Nice job!

Tidy Whites Laundromats wants to thank Riddell Plumbing for their quick service, attention to detail, and quality work. After multiple attempts with other plumbers, Riddell plumbing showed up on the job a couple of hours after calling at 6am and rebuilt our broken plumbing system that had zero water coming in. We were shut down for 2 days and Riddell plumbing swooped in and saved the day. I personally have not given a review quite like this but believe everyone needs to know about Riddell Plumbing and how great they are. Professional, thorough and highly skilled plumbers!! They were referred to us by the store we purchased our bidet toilets from. They Came out within 24 hrs for non emergency call and fixed a problem with our toilet pipes that another company said they fixed but didn’t. We also have a pump on our hot water heater and Riddle knew how to prepare it before turning off the water so it wouldn’t be damaged. After completing the job, they made sure to purge our pipes of air at each faucet. They also came at 3pm on New Year’s Eve! After they left we had some questions and they immediately responded by text messaging multiple times without any hesitation again even though it was New Year’s Eve. I only wish they were located closer to us. We were out of their 40 mile range and did have to pay $100.00 mileage charge. They were worth it however because they fixed our problem. They are located in Mesquite and if you live within 40 miles of them, this is the plumbing company you should call

Riddell pulled out all the stops for top notch service today. They replaced two large complicated water heaters and cleaned up spotlessly afterwards. I couldn’t be more pleased. It was a big job. Riddell was great! I’d recommend them anytime anywhere!
