I have been using this company for a few years now!!! When I tell you they explain every single thing they are doing all while being kind and respectful I mean it. No hidden fees tell you what to expect payment wise. Show up at the time they say they will be there. Communication and service is beyond anything I’ve received with other companies. I will always call them. Trustworthy honest and reliable!! Elian and Carlos are amazing!!!!!

Ryan was Great! A hard worker who crawled around under the house checking everywhere for leaks. He found 3 and had them fixed quickly! I'm very impressed by his dedication to his job. People like him are hard to find these days. I will definately call Midtown Plumbing in the future if I have any more plumbing problems!! Thank you Ryan!!

I have had this company come to our residence to trouble shoot and fix a couple of problems and both times, I’ve had really good experience. They managed to fix the issues, were polite, made good use of their time , and were good communicators about the issues and their time of arrival.

Carlos was very professional and fast. Very fairly priced and did not waste time. He found the source of the problem fast and even gave recommendations to prevent it in the future. I will continue to use midtown for all of my plumbing needs in the future.

This was an after hours call. Scheduling with Lisa was easy. Carlos and his assistant showed up on time and were very professional and customer focused. Fixed the problem quickly and cleaned up afterwards. Definitely recommend Midtown Plumbing. I use them exclusively for my plumbing needs.

Great. On Time. Efficient, good price compared to everyone else. Had problem with another plumbing company, waited on them to order part, part never came in, was without hot water for 2 weeks. Ordered part myself, came in next day. Midtown, came right away and installed it. Never using anyone else again. Highly Recommended.
