WATERS EDGE PLUMBING: WILLIAM#1 My home warranty sent a young man named William from Waters Edge Plumbing to repair my water heater. I must say William is one of the nicest service people I have ever had in my home. He was super polite, very professional and kind. He got right to work explaining things to me as he went along. He quickly repaired my water heater and put everything back in order. I am very impressed with this young man and would have him in my home again anytime. They came out about three weeks ago to fix a gas leak coming from my water heater. The line is still leaking gas and this company won’t respond to my calls or emails horrible customer service. I won’t use them if it wasn’t for my home warranty I would never use them to begin with. Update 4/20 They finally contacted me and helped me out. We are looking at a new water heat hopefully they will continue to communicate and get it done fast.

Our home warranty selected this plumbing provider for us and they originally scheduled them the next day, but they called my husband and told him they were able to get there same day. They arrived to our house 2.5 hours later than what was scheduled but were able to fix the overflowing water we had in our laundry room.
