I called them for a bad water heater, I was looking into getting a tankless water heater since that kind of installation Im not familiar with. They promised they would get back to me the next day with a quote and installation. I took PTO from my job which isnt that easy to do and waited all day. I called the office over 5 times and just kept getting the we are working on it, we'll get back to you answer. 5pm rolled around, and I went and purchased a classic gas water heater and did it myself, when I really wanted a tankless heater. They cost me a day of PTO, and I ended up with a gas water heater again when I wanted a tankless. They are unreliable do not use.
