Charges $320 travel fee to Martin County, plus $160 hourly charge.

Contrary to what the hours say, they do not service 24/7. I called on a Saturday afternoon and the dispatcher said they'd forward my information to the on call tech. It has been three days and no one has reached out yet despite me trying to reach out several times.

Technicians that showed up were very friendly. They listened to my description of the problem, offered most likely reasons for it, discussed alternate reasons and possible solutions starting with the easiest and then got straight to work. They had the problem fixed in just under an hour and so far the problem hasn’t reappeared. I am VERY happy overall and wouldn’t hesitate to call again. I can offer no opinion on price as it was well within what I was comfortable paying not to have to deal with the problem myself. 🤷‍♂️

We have used City Plumbing for our bi-yearly inspection of our heating/air conditioning unit and are extremely pleased with their service. All the service people have been very professional and explained each procedure to insure units are in good condition. I especially enjoyed meeting Taylor Jarrett today. He is an outstanding young man and a great service technician.

Our a/c went out Tues night and they came out the next day. Taylor diagnosed the issue in under an hour, explained it was a bigger issue than expected and let me know he had a free more service calls but would return later. At 730pm I assumed I’d see him the next day but he came back with the part needed! He would had it fixed but the fan blade was stuck and he had to take it to the shop to get the blade off. He fixed it by 11am after making his morning calls to stay on schedule. They were professional, explained everything to me, quick and kept their word even though he had to come back after hours. It was a little expensive but it was a bigger problem, we have cold air now. Thank you for being prompt!! Will definitely recommend to anyone needing a/c repair.

Do not hire this company under any circumstances. We had a toilet installed by another party 3 years ago that ended up having problems and had City Plumbing out to fix it 2 years ago. They claimed it was fixed and everything was great. It was, until last year we had the exact same problem. Last year, the plumber that came out said the install was the problem and claimed it was all fixed and good to go. We had city plumbing out again this year and wouldn't you know it, he said the install was wrong despite his company doing the previous repair. Only this time, the plumber came up with all kinds of reasons we would be having this issue and he'd have to run a camera down our line after removing the toilet. BUT!!! It would cost us $500 to run a camera down our line unless we had cash on hand and he could then do it for $300. Any service city plumbing offered, he could do it for cheaper if we had cash on hand. He removed our toilet, tried to scam us out of cash on hand and re-installed our toilet so now it doesn't sit flush against the floor and rocks when you sit on it. Hire these guys if you want scam artists coming to get as much cash as they can, not fixing the problem and then making it worse.

Taylor with City Plumbing was great for us this evening. I got home and my house was 95 degrees. I called about 645. He called me back by 740 and was at our home by 8 pm. He listened to oit complaint. Even told us it was probably just the breaker. We had him check out our system any way. Very honest worker. Will use City Plumbing for all our AC needs

second choice, should have been my 1st.. the guys were prompt, informative, professional and very respectful. if i ever have any issues i will so use City Plumbing again . reasonable, and reliable
