I had used National a handful of times for HVAC/Plumbing services and had great experiences until my last service. Unfortunately, the service tech I used for a plumbing issue was doing work on the side and pocketing the cash. He kept giving me the runaround about waiting on parts and eventually blocked my number. When I contacted National through a different number, they had no idea about my job. I had supposedly been waiting on parts for weeks with no progress. They informed me that the tech was fired and I wasn't the only customer affected. Despite this, they refused to complete my main issue, and I've been without a shower for three months now. I'm forced to use another service company. Do not use National; I'm currently out of pocket, and the warranty they advertised is meaningless. I even offered to pay for any parts needed to complete my job if they could work with me on labor costs, but they refused and blew me off. Hiring a dishonest employee and then neglecting customers is unacceptable.

As I was dropping off my kids at Nimitz Middle School, one of National’s drivers in truck 373 decided he wanted to drive his truck inches from my passenger side as if to imply that he wanted to hit me. My two boys and his daughter were in the vehicles. What a great way to teach your daughter how to handle your road rage. I don't know what got into this man's head, but I hope this is not how National trains their employees to drive. I assume I got the better of him because I chose to take a shortcut to get into the drop-off line, which he could have done as well, but he decided to take the longer route. All this in front of other parents and kids! National Heating and Plumbing might want to re-consider who they have driving their vehicles representing their company.

Love using National! I use them to service all my commercial air conditioners on my commercial building. I have even used them to do plumbing and its always same day service and affordable. Brandon has been here several times and is very friendly and informative. I wish there was a option for more then 5 stars. They deserve more.

Worst service I have ever gotten! I never requested a service call and then was charged an extra hour for the service call that I did not request! I paid National Heating & Plumbing $175 to have an inspection of the AC system while my house was under contract. Although I requested several times for a report of the inspection, I never received one. We moved into the home on Sunday and quickly realized the unit wasn't cooling. I called to ask if anything came up in the inspection that might help us identify the problem. I mentioned I wanted to check with them before I called my home warranty. They said they would look into it. Later that day (at 2:05 PM), I got a call from a tech that he was at my house to look at the unit. I informed him that I had not requested a service call and he responded that the office had told him to go take a look. I told him I was at out, but I would head that way. Before this phone call, I was never notified that a tech was even coming! He said he was in no hurry and would wait for me to get there. When I got home at 2:30, he was on the phone in his truck and I waited inside about 10 minutes for him to finish. Once he did, he came inside and had the problem fixed within an hour. It was a wiring problem. He fixed the problem by around 3:15. While he was working I started to clean the dirt and leaves from around the condenser unit. Once he finished he offered to help me clean the leaves and dirt. I told him I could do it on my own and that he was ok to go. He let me know that he didn't have anywhere else to be and he didn't mind helping. We finished by 3:40. He then handed me a ticket for a two-hour service call. I NEVER requested a service call. He starting working after 2:30 and finished by 3:15. When I contested, he said I would have to have to call the office and talk to them. When I called the office they said I would have to talk to Mark Ellwood who was unavailable. The technician had started charging me before he had even called to let me know he was there when I wasn't even aware he was coming. Update: Mark Ellwood called me in regards to this issue. He informed me that the problem was an electrical issue of which he was already aware. He said I should have called the electrician instead. As a reminder, when I called National Heating & Plumbing, all I asked for was information, not a service call. If he had given me the information rather than sending service technician, the work would have been repaired under warranty from the electrical company. Although I was upset about having an unnecessary service call that I never requested, I offered to pay for the technicians time since he did fix the issue for me. I asked if he could take off the time the technician was sitting in his car and talking on the phone. He said since the GPS in the truck showed the technician was on location they were going to charge me. I told him it is not fair to charge someone for parking out in front of their house when they do not even know you were there. At this point Mark started to get angry and told me I pay the full two-hour service call (even though he admitted less than an hour of work was done) or he would send it to a collection agency. He then hung up on me before I had a chance to respond. Do yourself a favor and avoid using these people at all costs! This was one of the least professional encounters I have ever had with a service company.

Our air conditioning quit working on a 100 degree plus day and of course it was after hours. We called National Heating and Plumbing and they sent out a technician within an hour. Brandon came out and got our AC working as best he could for the evening and then returned the next day to completely fix out system. We will use National for all of our HVAC and plumbing needs from this point forward! Brandon was a great technician and very professional!

Secretary was very friendly and very prompt in getting techs out. Techs arrived in a very timely manner on the same day I called. They were very friendly and solved my gas line problem very quickly. I definitely recommend this company and I will definitely use them in the future if ever needed.

We called this company out and they quoted a price for an inspection $75. They came and saw to old valves. Had the parts on the truck and replaced the valves in less than an hour total time. Did not tell us the price and said they would bill us. Got the bill. Over $400 and said they were here for 2.5 hours. Be Leary of Armando Martinez because we have proof on Camera how long he was here and they will not make it right. This company is scamming people.

National did a great job with a plumbing issue I had. Arrived on time, quickly repaired the problem, said thanks for your business and headed out to the next stop. The repairman, Luke, was well dressed, groomed and extremely courteous. I’ve been using National for at least 25-years and never had anything but great service!
