I canβt say how grateful I am for Bosworth today. My mom is fighting cancer and has limited mobility. Her alarm system was beeping nonstop for hours and she was unable to turn it off. She no longer uses the security system business. It was just the battery dying. But for someone unable to see or stand for any duration, thatβs impossible to turn off. I called this morning and spoke to Wendy. She was kind and spoke to the electrical department to see when someone would come out. Within two hours folks. The amazing technician was heading her way shortly after lunch, like they said. He took care of it and was out the door in no time. I had called the non emergency police number, friends and asked online for help. Who helped, Bosworth did and Iβll never forget it. Please say thank you to Wendy, Billing contact and Gary (I think that was his name) for everything today. We have used them for other services but this critical time just solidified me as a customer. Grateful!

Wow 1050.00 for a standard toilet. 199 at Home Depot. 299.00 at Ferguson and Morrison. Do not call these people. Inflation is high I get it. But this. Unbelievable. Called 4 other plumbers. Exact toilet 4-500 average.

several weeks ago I called Bosworth because my air conditioner was not working the tech came out fairly fast when he knocked on the door i asked him to come in and apologized for my messy house as i was sick. the tech said he would check the unit shut the door walked back to his truck and left leaving me waiting for that cool air but he left never said a word leaving me sick [stomach flu ]in a 109 degree house didn't know he had left until an hour later. Bosworth required me to pay the service fee of $195.00 for their tech to stand on my porch for 3 min . They came again about a week later i paid the $195.00 no problem but air conditioner still putting out warm air i always had nothing but good ratings for this company but won't use them again!

Ryan and Nick were fantastic representatives of the Bosworth Company. They both were friendly, clean and knowledgeable. They gave me superb service in updating my soft water system. The next time I need service I hope I get Ryan and Nick. I am also pleased with the Bosworth Company. They are quick to take care of my water needs and I will definitely give them a 5 star rating any day!

Save yourself money and do not call these guys. I made the mistake and called Bosworth on 7/10 to check out my AC unit as it was not cool. Service guy shows makes his diagnosis of my unit and 10 min or less tells me that "coils were plugged". Gave me a couple of quotes. One to replace coil $3500 plus freo. Told me that coil could possibily be replaced if they could locate one but that chances were slim due to age of AC unit. PS we had this unit installed new less than 10 yrs ago. The other option was to replace the complete unit approx $8000 plus labor and freon. Once he told me that my AC unit was old I got the feeling that the service tech was trying to rob me and just make a sale so I thanked him and told him I was take it into consideration. He charged me $135 to tell me a bunch of nonsense. I immediately called a team of two guys that had done work for me at one of my rental homes in the passed. A couple of hrs later they show up and are able to correctly diagnose the issue (low in freon). Charged my unit and the issue was resolved. AC has been working without any issues for 3 days cooling off my home and saved me thousands of $$$... Save yourself $$$...

I rented a water softener and RO unit from them for my business. No one would drink the RO water. We used it to make coffee, but that's all. The water softener performed well in the beginning, but the piping they ran for the drain deteriorated very quickly and getting them to fix it became impossible. I got another company after we moved and even without a softener, the water is the best tasting ever! Then I had to get 3cquotes for a plumbing repair at my home and I called Bosworth, City Pipe, and Trenchless Repair Specialist. Guess what? Same guys all three time! All three companies are the same so they are guaranteed the work without having to compete!

I called Bosworth out for a problem I was having with a heating unit in my warehouse. They sent a technician by the name of Nick out. Nick was very personable and had my problem fixed in a snap of a finger. I had him look at quoting me moving a newer unit and taking down a older unit. He suggested that he came back the next day and look into it further. He came back today and found that the problem with this heater that hasn't worked for years was the vent cap and it kept blowing the pilot out. What could have costed me a lot to move heaters around ended up being a very simple fix. If Nick was in my field of work I would hire him in a blink of the eye. He is a keeper and you need to make sure and keep him. I will recommend to anyone needing services like yours that they call and request Nick for the job. You are now our new Htg & Air service moving forward. I appreciate your technician (Nick) and his professionalism.

This company has One of the most professional tech who get the job done and get the job done right. the name of this company speaks for it's self and I will always recommend this company to anyone who ever ask me who does good air conditioning work.
