Not sure if this number provided needs to be updated. I called and got Roto rooter plumbing somehow.

I'm extremely pleased with the service that was provided. They made the whole experience less stressful for me, by responding so quickly to any questions that I had. The techs worked non stop to finish the job in 2 days instead of the 3 that we had discussed prior, and were really considerate with every decision made. They consulted with me at every step, and gave me options for any unexpected problem, so that I could make a clear decision based off their feedback, in order to continue their work. They even went as far as cutting the drywall in such a careful way, that I could reuse the pieces to patch up the walls. They made every attempt not to make a huge mess as they worked on the rerouting of my hot water pipes, and were successful. Unlike others, they actually took the time to hear my concerns. I highly recommend their service.

Was to have have someone come and fix our toilet situation.on a Wednesday but no one showed up. Waited most of the day on Thursday and still hadn't heard from the plumber so I called the company and the receptionist said.she would call the plumber so she put me on hold. After 2-4 minutes she got back on the line and said he wasn't answering her but not to worry that they were staying late that evening and would call me back. This is Friday and I'm still waiting at least for a common courtesy call. Would not recommend to anyone! Don't waste your time.

I really wanted to use them for a repair as they came highly recommended to us by some friends and colleagues. I made the initial call at the beginning of the week and was scheduled for Thursday morning. Thursday afternoon rolls around and I call to check in and the girl that answered confirmed we were on the schedule and it would be early evening (before 5pm) when someone would come out. No one showed. Called the office again and not even the answering service picked up. Friday morning I call and ask what’s up and the girl again says we are on schedule and will have someone at our house sometime in the morning. Nothing. Noon rolls around and I call AGAIN and she says “sorry, the technician got behind but will be at your house at or a little after 2pm” Great. I plan to leave work and meet someone there and guess what? NOTHING. AGAIN. I call the office again and now from about 3-5pm with me calling every 10 minutes, the phone just rings. Finally after 5pm the answering service tells me some dudes name that’s on call will be calling me soon to get out here. He never called or showed. Im just so confused on how this business is run. The work we need done is a $20,000 job, easily. Why would you turn that down? Isn’t that what you do? I’m just so upset. Days gone by and TRS just doesn’t want the business. But okay.

I was sent an ad for TRS by my wife to see if this was a good alternative to repairing our sink problems in our house. We knew the line had collapsed under the slab under our living room and was not looking forward to a hole being cut through our floor. We have tile throughout the house and have know idea if we could match it when it was broken up for repair. We set up a time for someone to come out and do an estimate, Aaron, I believe, and he was proficient and professional. After agreeing on the cost, a team was sent to do the work. Miguel, Dillon, and Ethan came out and went right to work. All three men were professional and ready to explain everything in a way I could follow. I enjoyed watching them and listening to what they had to say. I will be requesting these men again on any future plumbing needs. Thank you all for such great work in very little time. We are so glad we did not have to go through the floors and grateful for your courtesy and professionalism.

I have stars because Alan and Charlie tried to be helpful, I called because I thought I had a slab leak Alan came out and determined it wasn’t a slab leak and in the process of looking for the source he busted my galvanized water line which will cost me $2500.00 for them to fix so they fixed it. The next week Charlie came to finish fixing the piper that they busted. Called Steve he assured me Aaron would come that day and run a camera to look for the leak, well Aaron never came. Today they sent some guy named Joey who was rude and unprofessional. When I told him I would just call Steve he told me I could call Steve all day long but I was the rude one for refusing to pay when the original problem still hasn’t been fixed. He said he was there to run the camera and collect payment for the work that was already done. I said “ you mean for the water line you guys busted?” His answer “ it’s your waterline not our fault it busted”Really?? He then tells me he will take payment over the phone or come to my work. Yeah I think not. Then tells me he will go back ti his office and look at the video on a big screen and call me back. Well it’s 7:44pm and not a word from them. After reading the reviews I had such high hopes for this company, so disappointed they turned out like every other company.

At first I had a hard time getting them to call me back- but I had already spoken to 3 different plumbing companies, all who refused to work on my issue and insisted that I get in touch with TRS. I'm so glad that I was persistent because they were wonderful! Steve, Aaron and their crew were all very knowledgable and got the work done incredibly fast! When I had an issue afterwards the owner came out within 10 minutes after I called and fixed it. Since then I have not had an issue and I'm not worried about waking up to my house being flooded because my old pipes failed.

I have had several crews from TRS over to diagnose and fix plumbing issues in the last two months. Miguel and Dillon were by far the best crew ever - they diagnosed the problem and found more problems that were overlooked or missed before. They were professional and friendly and punctual and patient as they explained things to me. Awesome job guys !
