Be wary of "Ally Plumbing". It's a front for a service group; there is no Ally Plumbing. Maybe they existed at one time considering all of the glowing reviews here or maybe those are plants, but it's lie that Ally exists now. If you do call, they'll 1st charge a one time service charge that signs you up for a year's membership in Premium Home Service that supposedly entitles you to a full range of services free of future service fees. Sounds ok. Look on-line and it looks ligit, but seems like they might have signed up 1 or 2 independent plumbers, appliance repair shops, electricians, ... to handle service requests ... it's all very flashy, but w/ very little substance. I did get a plumber from Tomball out to do some work, but an attempt to use the Premium Home Service again to get an appliance fixed got me, "the shop refused the work". So what's the point? The plumber that I got was ok, but he wasn't on-time or neat or what I'd call professional. He was polite and did the work, but was pricey, a little careless and took hours to install a water heater that I provided. His company phone didn't work; so couldn't create an invoice, and didn't create an invoice until weeks after the work was done because I kept calling and asking. Just don't.

Kelly kept my sellers when doing plumbing at my shop and I informed through the entire process. The clean up left the yard looking like they were never even there and the price came in lower then anyone else. Will be using Ally Plumbing Company again in the future for other clients!

My kitchen faucet was leaking and I called Ally Plumbing Company to fix the problem. The plumber who showed up was courteous and respectful. He fixed my leaky faucet in less than 30 minutes, no leaks or drips since.I will highly recommend them.

They helped me when my main water line busted. The plumber who came was very knowledgeable, professional and timely. He did an excellent job and his charges were very reasonable.He also took his time to clean up after he was done. I will definitely use them again.
