Very professional team, they diagnosed and fixed the foundations problem we had at our home, built also a French drain to solve rainwater accumulation issues at our backyard and even discovered and fixed a leak in the sewer system under our house slab. I highly recommend DuWest.

Chris from Du-West came out to quote me on some major plumbing repairs in The Woodlands area. He was on time and his quote was fair. I scheduled the job and the service tech Derek and his crew came out when they promised, and completed the job in the time frame they estimated. They did a great job on the PEX re-pipe and water heater replacement. They were respectful and courteous while working in my home. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a competent pluming company.

We used DuWest for a second time yesterday. We called mid morning and they had a technician to us by noon. Jacob P was very knowledgeable and could explain what he needed to do,etc. We ended up enrolling in their maintenance program and it will pay for itself in just the 2x a year checkups. Very impressed with the overall customer service from the people answering the phones to the work being done.
