Noticed water seeping from the weep holes just above the foundation of the house and seepage under the sink inside my house. My first suspicion was that I had a break in my water pipe. A trusted friend recommended I call Raymond with W. McLain Plumbing in Pasadena. This was the best experience I’ve ever had with a plumber. He was very experienced with over 60+ years as a plumber. Raymond diagnosed the problem and made the repairs in a timely manner and his charge for the service was more than fair. Needed a new water tank and heater. Not only did these guys offer the lowest bid of anyone in town, but they were extremely knowledgeable and professional about explaining everything they would be doing and what I needed to know as a homeowner. Had a minor issue with a broken part after install, and they were available to fix it immediately, without hassle or extra charge. Even the city inspector that checked the install was highly complimentary of their work and history in the area!
