Because of this company my family unfortunately was not able to enjoy hot water we have been enjoying since we moved into the place we have been staying since October of 2023 they can for a service yesterday and now we have NOT HOT WATER DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Stellar customer service. Very knowledgeable and competent plumbers, who go above and beyond, with patience and grace. My mother had an emergency situation today. The situation was made worse by someone who tried to fix it, over the course of 1.5 days. Rex Plumbing came highly recommended to me. I was able to reach them immediately. The crew arrived at my mom's in approximately 20 minutes and, had the solution right away. My mom was very stressed between the person who was already working on the problem and misunderstanding what Rex's crew stated to her. Rex's crew graciously left. When I called to apologize for the confusion, they were very understanding. I was told to call them if we needed them, after they informed me that the person who was working on the problem inadvertently made it worse. An hour later my mom asked me if I could ask them to come back because she still had the leak. We were willing to wait until the next morning. Roy decided to send the crew back out right away. They repaired the pipe in less than an hour and even taught her what the other person did wrong. They continued to be gracious and understanding as she apologized for her stressed frustrations on their first trip. It is very hard to find customer service, competence and professionalism like this these days. Now I understand why my friend highly recommended them to me. I too, highly recommend them.

**Edit**. I have had no business with this company and changing my review. My review was for Rex’s Plumbing in northern Colorado. NOT TEXAS* If you’re looking to spend $20,000+ on a heating system that breaks within the first year, this is the company for you! As an extra bonus, They won’t service it or return your phone calls as well. Sarcasm aside, I hope this review helps prevent others from getting ripped off by this company! Rex’s Plumbing does NOT care about you or your home.

This is hands down the best plumbing companie Ever. Jeff Turner is on his game. Call Rex plumbing and let him make your day the same way he made mine.

my complex hired this company to do work on the plumbing, the men they hired to work with them left a dirt pile that had been submerged and surrounded the sewer pipe in the living. After days of waiting I called the city they sent some one out to inspect. The company couldn't produce enough paperwork so a man in charge proceeds to tell me it's my fault that my because I called the city they won't be able to come back til next week because he got a licence but ...... Didn't even listen to reason I didn't hire them or the men who removed the dirt this is not my problem this is the apartment manager and Rex plumbing doing.

I had my new toilet for 4 months and could not think who to call .Then a light bulb came on and called Rex. The job that was done was outstanding. I had used them before and all the times I used I was so happy with the work and the prices. Thank you guys very much.

Terrible, won't return phone calls for months. Hard to reach anyone there w any answers, shotty job. Do not hire.

Gets the job done no matter the case. Fast and friendly.
