Roto-Rooter again to the rescue. This is the third time we've used them and they save the day yet again. Tanner was at our doorstep within less than an hour and fixed our plumbing issue. He explained everything in detail, he knew exactly what was causing the washing machine to overflow into the sink, and told us how to prevent it from happening again. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I also appreciate that he wore booties over his shoes (Asian house:) and he put down a big tarp to bring in his industrial snake. He fixed everything right away. A big thank you to Tanner we appreciate you! We would never call anyone else, they are reliable and they do good work. Very disappointed in this company. When they came out on September 30 everything was great. I was given a 6 month guarantee. The issue presented itself again tonight. So I called to make an appointment since they offer 24 hour service and we are unable to use bathrooms or run any water and I have children in the house. they said that a tech would be out within an hour. I waited over an hour, and since I didn’t receive a call, I called customer service, The rep indicated that there was no ticket put in , however they did review the recorded call. so now I would have to wait over an hour more before somebody could come. After waiting an hour I was called by a rep/supervisor saying that if I wanted to continue to wait because the tech was taking longer than they expected at the job they were at. I said I would wait because we need to be able to use bathrooms. 45 min later another rep called me to cancel my appointment indicating that a technician would not be coming out because their equipment broke down and they would be out in the morning. Seems to me they never intended to have someone out to service my main line. The rep did confirm that my initial call was reviewed and it must have been a computer issue why my ticket was not entered, that sounds like a customer service issue. The company is 24 hours and why is it that they only have one tech and one equipment available? Do I assume since its a guarantee service call, no charge no service? Is this company equipped to service our area? Or perhaps do they need to screen for better customer service?

We had a main sewage line emergency late at night and Roto rooter helped us out! John M came and did a great job! He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it in under an hour! Great customer service experience.

I cannot say enough good things about Roto Rooter and their service men. Josh Laws showed up so quickly and thoroughly walked me through the camera process and quickly identified a solution. He was patient and even waited while the water restoration team explained their work to me. Thank you Josh.

John was able help me out with a late night, last minute clog in both my toilets at one of my airbnb properties. John explained thoroughly what the problem was and how he could fix it. He was also very fair with me on price. Thank you John for your service i greatly appreciate it!
