TX Pasadena Plumbing

Their phone operators are not friendly or professional. Had schedule an appointment with them, I had have them a wrong area code to my number so my appointment was miss, my fault obviously. The were going to call the plumber and see if they could still squeeze me in and gave me the I'll call you right back... an hour later I called them. Talked to a different person. They told me it would later in the day which I could not do, we cordially reschedule for the next day triple checking to make sure the number was correct. Next days come around my appointment is at 11. At 11 I still have no phone call so i call to confirm. They tell me the appointment is from 11-1 and I will receive a call before they come this way. 1:15 hits, no call. I called Deer park plumbing, they were able to fit me in last minute. By 1:30, still no call so i canceled the appointment, they didn't even ask why. I understand delays and unexpected things happen. But I feel like they could have handled this more professionally, maybe it's was just a bad day and I'm over-reacting.

My mom lives in Pasadena ,Texas. On Christmas she called all in a panic because her toilet was backing up. Why on Christmas? I got online and found this plumbing company and they advertised emergency service. Well to my surprise they actually came out on Christmas day. They fixed the toilet, mom is happy, the price was good and all is now well. I took time to give my testimonial because they actually helped us out on Christmas Day. I'm impressed,

I tried calling 3 times and left messages. I never got a call back. Finally on the 4th call a guy answered and he seemed irritated I called. I explained I was 5 blocks from him on Fairmont Pkwy and needed a backflow valve put in. He said he would call me back but 6 days later I still have not gotten a call back.

I wanted to express our genuine satisfaction with "TX Pasadena Plumbing CO" this is Not Your Average Plumber!!! those people are professional, responsive, and friendly. They are local, family owned and they really care about their business. They will come to help at anytime. We already use them twice for some general plumbing issues, and we will continue to spread the word about them to all of our neighbors and friends.

I had plumbing issues. The plumber install a new shower unit and also fix other problems and fix non-flushing toilet. They offered quick service and at a good price, Thanks!

Very rude I was calling to have them come out to give me an estimate for work I needed to have done and the guy hung up on me. When calling back he picked up the phone than hung it right back up

Called for information and got hung up on twice ! Rude and unprofessional !!!! Just because you don't offer a service doesn't mean you just hang up on a potential customer ! Rude!!!!!
