Thanks O&M! Aaron did a great job replacing our builder-grade faucets and drains from 1996! The drain is faster now too! I love it. This was my 3rd time hiring O&M, and I’m delighted that I’ve got a go-to for whatever happens to come up around the house. Fast turnaround time too for getting the service appointment scheduled. I appreciate the peace of mind that comes with that.

Today was the first time I used this company. They had received very high reviews and I just had to step out in faith and give them a try! I have no regrets! I had an emergency with my gas line and O&M Plumming services was able to find my leak an repair it with minimal damage to my ceiling. They were professional and coordinated with all the other service I needed at the time. I am very glad they were able to help me so quickly! Very friendly and helpful. Superb work!

Great work and great guys. Larry did the service line in my yard and was great to work with, informative and kept me in the loop the whole time. I met Ben the owner and I will call his company again the next time I need a plumbing project done. They initially gave me a quote that wasn't bad for the project that I accepted, and then realized that they made a pricing mistake and actually took about 25% off of the quote before letting me sign. Very honest people and I can't recommend them enough.

I had foundation work and needed a Hydrostatic Test. I called 3 certified local plumbing services for an estimate and I went with O&M because they happily answered my many questions and walked me through the process and prepared me for possibilities if a leak was found. This gave me confidence they would take care of me with whatever work was needed and in a timely manner. Ben the owner explained the process and Heather scheduled my appointment the same day. Aaron did the work while explaining what he was doing. Aaron needed an extra pair of hands and called Art who was there in minutes. They are all knowledgable, professional, and personable. I witnessed a great team that works well together and like what they do. I knew I was in good hands. Thank you Aaron and O&M!!

I have used O&M plumbing for two jobs now. They are very professional-- When I call, I appreciate that I can usually talk to the office manager, Heather, right away, rather than leave a message. They are very good about sending reminder emails and texts. They send a text to tell you when they are on their way, which is very helpful. The plumber, Aaron, showed up on time, each time. He was knowledgeable and efficient. He was good about explaining what he was doing, and it was interesting to see the work done. One of the jobs turned out to require hours of digging. To save on costs, I wanted to arrange for that labor myself. Aaron listened to my concerns and was flexible about coming back after the digging was done. This resulted in a lower final cost, which I appreciate. Aaron used quality replacement parts, so the work should last a long time. I am pleased with the plumbing work done, and will recommend them to my friends.

Andrew with O&M came out to service our water heater. He was very kind and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions honestly. Next time I have a plumbing issue I am 100% coming back to O&M.
