TMK Plumber and Water Heater Repair Austin

Beware of them scam. I called them because I had a sewage backup at my house in round rock. I called and they sent a plumber to come to my house. The guy who came looked like he did drugs and was super rude. He wanted 600 dollars to clear my clog and after me telling him it was too much money and I would pass he started insulting my family about how he drove all this way for nothing and was cursing all over my face in the driveway. Keep in mind on their website they claimed free estimates. After long talks he wouldn't leave and then said he could do it for $475. I agreed and he used his auger to try to clear my pipe. While he was clearing my pipe he started to complain that it was only for 45 minutes of work and if I wanted him to continue clearing the pipe he would have to charge more. What a sketchy business practice. Keep in mind he was smoking all over my face at the same time. After 15 minutes he said he couldn't clear my clog and still had the means to charge me $475 for 15 minutes of nothing. Keep in mind the whole time he was smoking in my face with all his drug smell and kept insisting he would have to dig my pipe up for $5000. Later in the day I called a different plumber who was able to clear the clog with their augur for only $175 dollars that took them 2hr+ because of a plastic piece was stuck in the pipe. What a scam, I never seen someone so willing to scam and rudly smoke in customers faces. I don't why this place has so much good review but they got to be fake. Keep in mind they put their location on google maps as the northtown mud apartment but they aren't even there. A locaton for them doesn't exist. Whatever you do if you call them expect a crazy rude drugged plumber to come to your house to scam you. They guy the sent me he drove a white chevy truck. Just be careful if you call I got scammed by them and the guy was rude and smoked all over my face. Better off calling someone else.

Incredible service, fast and affordable. They diagnosed my plumbing issue and gave me a quote in 30 minutes. The next day they were punctual with all the necessary parts to replace the Pressure Released Valve. Recommended

I had the suspicion that my water heater was in its last days. It's a very old unit. They were very very good at getting the one water heater I needed, it was a 40 gallon gas unit. They brought it with them and completed the job in a few hours. Good job

They did a repipe work for my house in Austin. This is a rental and the tenant called me to inform me the city sent a notification of a potential water leak due to a sudden increase in the water bill. I had them come over to find the water leak and after founding a slab leak they gave me the best quote out of 3 other plumbing companies in the area. They did an excellent job and will have their contact ready to call them for any other plumbing need

They gave me a quote for a water repair but it was not worth repair instead we decided to replace it. We got a 50-gallon gas Rheem water heater. They replaced all the supply lines and installed an expansion tank. I'm very pleased with their job at my house
