Highly recommended! The service was excellent from the time I called the company until the repairman left. I was able to get someone out to my house the same day. The repairman was very courteous and knowledgeable. Everything was explained to me in detail. I was given different options but he made some very valid suggestions that made me feel like he was looking at my best interest as a home owner who'll be in this house for many years to come. I am glad that I found Al's Plumbing. I will use them again next time.

This place is where as heck there's also a place where you donate your free stuff to this location called " Loop Decor" I reached out to them to donate some furniture #1 when you call you get a text, then you text your questions or what you want to communicate then they reply with what ever just dry responses #2 ask for pictures and location then if they don't care for your stuff just blow you off. I kept calling texting asking well are you interested no answer it was like dead silent wth? I mean not everyone will accept our donations, since my parents passed I donate to Good Will, Frisco Resale,kidney associations, pet operation kindness etc. They chose what they wanted and declined some "kindly" but this people just blew me off. So I texted I said are you really doing it for the needy or are you a scammer for blew off, I told them I was going to review them on Google and yelp for being rude that's when they started to explain how they didn't need my stuff but the kicker is I can't locate them the address brings up this business but they claim their are in suite#7. I knew something was not right about them.

I have used Al's a few times and always found them to be honest and fair. When I had a new A/C put in a few years ago, they originally thought a copper line had been hit by a nail when a new roof was put on and it would have to be replaced for $800. When they came to install the new unit and further investigated the copper, it was just fine and they told me that my price would be $800 less than originally quoted! An unethical company would have just ripped it out and charged me anyways. Fast forward to today...I had Al's out because I am selling my home and the buyers inspector said that several small repairs needed to be made to my A/C (rusted drain pan, damaged exterior insulation etc) and Al's came out again. The tech looked at everything, took pictures and determined that everything was perfectly fine. He wrote up a report and sent me the pictures. Again, another company could have just done these minor "repairs" and charged me for them. I was charged the $89 trip free, which I expected. They did make a trip out here after all and inspected everything. Bottom line, I feel like Al's does not try to charge me for things not needed, they always show up on time, wear booties in the house, and take the time to explain what they are doing. Also, Art has been my tech a couple of times now. He's really great! I would recommend Al's and Art!

I have no clue where all the positive revews came from. They mishandled a routine assignment and did not take responsibilty for their error and did not deal with me honestly. I used them based on reviews even though they were not the lowest bid. I will never use them again

I had Al's Plumbing over to the house last weekend for a clogged main sewer pipe. They were professional and quickly assessed the problem. Their prices are fair and reasonable considering it was after hours and the weekend. The issue was resolve quickly. I am very satisfied with their work and will recommend them to all my friends and family.

Very poor service and very poor quality, customer is last priority. We had Al’s Plumbing replace our hot water heater. It has not worked correctly since the install. They recommended a circulation pump to resolve the issue at another $1,150 cost, we felt they knew what they were doing and approved the extra money, even though they had removed the old one when they installed the new water heater as they said it was not needed. It did not fix the issue. After many repeat calls and still no fix. I asked for a different tech and a manager to come look at the issue. Same tech was dispatched, he tried to fix it, not fixed. I requested 4 more times to talk to the owner and was never given the opportunity to talk the owner just the CSR and no resolution. On my last request I asked to talk to the owner again, and I was told that they had closed the case and to find another plumber. Is this the way to run a business?

We have used the services and products from Al's Plumbing over the past 15 years and have been pleasantly pleased at the level of service and quality of products. They are always quick to show up, assess the issue, find the equipment we need, and quickly install at very reasonable pricing. They stand behind their work and are always willing to answer any questions you may have.

I received a phone call one hour before the appointment! Art did a wonderful job of explaining everything to me. He took the time to make sure I was satisfied! I highly recommend Al’s Plumbing! We’ve used Al’s for 2 years now.
