EXCEPTIONAL! I didn’t know such a service existed until I needed one and I found the BEST! After a misdiagnosis from a bad plumber, I had to find out where the leak was. And Carl, from American Leak Detection came out and went right to work! He was armed with the right equipment to get in there and find the leak and he did! What a relief! It didn’t stop there, they also do plumbing, so I also used them to fix the leak. Travis, the plumber came right in and replaced and repaired and now my 30 old shower is better than builder specs! He even added a new faucet and shower head too! Travis said I was a couple of months from a major water damage issue! American Leak Detection Company is now my ONLY contact when it comes to plumbing needs! Everyone involved , from the nice lady that scheduled the job, the caring and professional leak detection technician, and the amazing clean, perfectionist, not leaving until it’s right, plumber, ALL did an EXCEPTIONAL job! We had a slab leak about fifteen years ago. American Leak Detection told us they could fix the leak with an epoxy injection into the pipe. This repair only lasted about four years and then it leaked again causing extensive damage to our house including ruined hardwood floors, rotten drywall, mold etc. They came back out and their “guarantee” only covered fixing the leak, but any damage caused by the leak was on us. This time they bypassed the leak with a pex pipe that they ran through the ceiling and into a bathroom, connecting it to the hot water manifold behind a bathroom vanity. They cut all the copper pipes on the manifold and reconnected everything with sharkbite connectors. Fast forward to now. Two days ago one of their sharkbite connectors sprung a leak flooding my house and causing major damage. I hired a different plumber to come out and he said they never should have used sharkbite connectors in an enclosed wall. Now I am faced with major home repairs for the second time due to shoddy amateurish work done by American Leak Detection. What professional plumbing company in their right mind slaps multiple sharkbite connectors onto a customer’s plumbing rather than taking the extra ten minutes to properly solder in a quality repair?

So we called them to get the process started with insurance claim and projects. Everyone I interacted at American Leak Detection was very professional and helpful.
