I called Amundson Plumbing last year to repair a main water line to our home. The leak was less than a foot away from the water meter. The Amundson crew was in my yard for just over 4 hours and made the repairs with white PVC pipe and blue glue. I had asked about the repairs and why there were so many connecting pieces rather than just the couple that connected to the main lines and the "T" line to my sprinkler system. They told me it was "OK". I have uploaded the Amundson picture for your review. Again, it's the one with white PVC pipe with the blue glue all around the different joints. Just last week, exactly one year to the day that Amundson was at my home, we realized we had another leak and it was in the same location as the leak from last year. I called the owner of Amundson Plumbing, Bill Amundson, and he told me he only guarantees his work for 30 days. I told him it was PVC and that PVC should last for many years, but Bill simply said NO and that 30 days is all his work is guaranteed for. I never said I wanted this fixed at no cost, in fact I never said anything about cost, but I did say to Bill that I called him first to see if he would make things right. He couldn’t have cared less and told me to call someone else. I went ahead and called another local plumbing company and was able to get the repairs done that same day. You will find the new plumbing company’s repairs in the second picture. By the way, what failed on the Amundson Plumbing original repair? One of the PVC elbow fittings was not properly glued together. So, for a whole year the water was leaking and finally the elbow came apart enough to cause enough water to be seen from the top of the ground. The bottom line is that if you only want 30 days guarantee, call Amundson Plumbing. If you want plumbing done right, and the work will last longer than 30 days, you might want to call someone besides Amundson Plumbing. Look at the pictures and YOU decide……..

Where do I start with this company. When we first moved into our home Feb 2018 Bill came to the house to do some repairs and also gave me many helpful hints. Then came the major freeze of 2021. We had 6 pipes burst. Bill sent his team and they helped us so much by fixing all the pipes. Then came yesterday our pipes busted again and I called their number in such a panic. The lady remained calm and his team came but this time only 2 pipes broke. They are so nice, so helpful, so patient, overall just good people. Use this company you won’t regret it.

Beware dealing with this company. The owner, Bill Amundson told me in late June 2023, that my disposal would need to be removed permanently, and the PVC pipes under the kitchen sink, would need to be reworked due to the angle of the pipe coming into my 1951 home. I called them to have the work done November 22nd.For some reason, they sent two commercial plumbers, and I told them what Bill said needed to be done. The owner's wife, Jamie claims they weren't commercial plumbers, but they told me they were, otherwise, how would I have known they were, For some reason, they chose not to do the work that I told them, that the owner, Bill, had said needed to be done. They used a hand held auger on my sink, and charged me $258.71. I paid them $260.00 cash. Two weeks later I called back since it was blocked up again. Two other plumbers from Amundson came out, Jeff and Alan, They saw what the problem was, as Bill had stated back in late June, and they proceeded to remove the disposal, and reworked the PVC pipes under the kitchen sink. They did a great job. They charged $527.22. I mentioned that I should be credited for the $260.00 I had just paid two weeks prior, since that set of plumbers chose not to do the work that was requested, and they said I would have to call Jamie, the owner's wife, which I did while they were still there. Jamie informed me that they do not credit or refund money on any past appointments. I chose to pay the $527.22 with American Express, hoping they could help resolve the issue of the $260.00 that I had paid two weeks prior for work that was not done. Amundson Plumbing has not responded to the American Express inquiry, so I tried calling to speak with Bill, the owner to resolve the issue. Well, his wife called me instead, and said that Bill would never tell someone to remove a disposal, basically, calling me a liar. Her husband Bill, stood in my kitchen and told me that's what needed to be done if the sink backed up again. I don't have a problem with the $527.22 for the work that Jeff and Alan did. They did a great job, but I do feel as though I should be credited for the $260.00 from the second appointment, when the two plumbers didn't do the work that was requested, and recommended by Bill, the owner. Jamie has stated twice that Bill would never recommend a disposal be removed. Well, I wonder why Jeff and Alan did it if it wasn't necessary? Of course it was, because they, as well as her husband Bill know it needed to be done. She refutes it to this day. I asked for Bill to call me to resolve the issue, and his wife, Jamie called, and was very abrasive, and stated that I was trying to get work done for free . That's hardly the case, since I gladly paid $230.00 for the first appointment with Bill, $260.00 for the second, with the required work NOT done, and gladly $527.22 for a great job, by Jeff and Alan. It's too bad that she will cost him a lot of lost business from her ill will, and not let Bill speak with his customers to resolve issues. I happen to know he is well regarded, IF you can actually get to him.

1st let me start by saying the initial phone call to the office was great all the ladies there are very sweet and very professional. They got someone to my house asap. Bill new right away what the problem was and when my new dishwasher arrived the plumbers Joe and Matthew came to install it, when they pulled my old dishwasher out they found a couple of problems, I asked what I needed to do Joe said it was no problem he fixed it right then and there for me. The guys were very polite very professional . I highly recommend this company if you need any Plumbing work I would give them more than five stars if Google would let me.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I was in a tight crunch with waking up on a Friday morning with no hot water and a leaky water heater. I found this company and called them up and they had someone out to my house SAME DAY. They came out and diagnosed what the issue was and then installed a brand new water heater for me on the same day. I had called around to other companies in the area and they were saying the earliest they could send someone out was next Tuesday. Amundson Plumbing has an extremely helpful staff, both front office as well as their technicians. Gareth was the plumber that got sent and he is the most professional, courteous person I have met in a long time. I wish everyone was that customer service oriented. Every person I had talked to were considerate of my situation and wanting to help. I could not be any happier with the service that they provided for me. Not to mention, it was a reasonable price as well. I would recommend these guys to anyone, HANDS DOWN!

Likely not the first time anyone has ever heard of this, but the homeowner (me!) attempted to disconnect a few faucets ahead of new bathroom countertop installation the next day. Lo and behold, the water shut off valves were so old that they began to leak. Soooo, I found Amundson Plumbing and they were able to send a crew to fix my leak and disconnect my faucets. Better yet, their rates were very reasonable. After the countertop job was completed, they came back out the next day to install the faucets. There was a slight issue with the drain pipe that was addressed under warranty immediately, so I don't have any complaints. These folks are reliable, on-time and reasonably priced, kuddos.
