Classic plumbing gave a winning estimate and completed all work with skill and in a timely manner. They explained and asked before proceeding with any changes in plan. Excellent work replacing my main sewer line.

Had a great experience and would very much recommend! I called due to a leak around the base of my toilet, and spoke with Jared to discuss options - he was very knowledgeable and able to give me an idea as to what is potentially at issue and an approximate cost to repair. Impressively, when I had proposed just replacing whole toilet to solve the problem, he gave me alternative options that would solve the problem at a lower cost. I can't stress how refreshing this response is, especially when you compare to some other shops. Jeff and Jacob then came to my house to perform the work - they did a great job at solving the issue and explaining the issue and what they've done to fix it. They resolved the issue professionally and efficiently. I particularly appreciate Jacob for patiently explaining to me the issue, and running through multiple tests to confirm the issue was resolved after I had asked. I very much intend to use Classic Plumbing again - I'm glad I found a go-to plumber here.

2nd time we’ve had to turn to Classic Plumbing this year for different issues. Both times, we received a call before the assigned technician was to arrive and both times the technician showed up within a half hour. We’ve had the same plumber, Jeff, for both plumbing issues. He fast, thorough and explains what needs to be done so I was kept up to speed the entire time. He didn’t look to upsell any services, just tackled the problem at hand. He’s also extremely friendly and professional. I’d have no problem ever reaching out to Classic Plumbing for any future problems. If I ever need them again, I hope I get to have Jeff come out once again.
