I detected a small leak in our gas riser in the side yard. After calling Atmos to turn the gas off, I quickly found DNA plumbing and had them out at 8am the next morning. They did a full pressure and leak test and confirmed the riser was the only leaking pipe. They went ahead and replaced the riser and coordinated with the city for an inspection. Miguel, Carlos and Aaron all did a great job keeping me informed and discussing pricing ahead of time. I wasn’t really in a spot to get multiple quotes to fix this, but for how dangerous gas can be, I was pleased to have them take care of this for me.

Kameron and his helper did an awesome job on the tricky sink removal portion of my master bath renovation. They were very friendly,respectful, and did a great job cleaning up afterwards.Aaron came out another day to set our new undermounted sink and once again did an amazing job. He installed the sink and secured it for proper drying. Kameron and his helper returned a few days later to complete the job and check for leaks. DNA gave me a fair price and did a wonderful job from excellent customer service to quality workmanship. My new sink looks even better than the one put in by the builders a few years ago. I will always use DNA for any future plumbing needs.

Called about a leaking outdoor faucet. They were able to come out the next morning. They arrived on time and completed the fix very quickly. Customer service was great. They even provided before and after pictures of the work in the invoice. Will definitely recommend them to others.

Great experience! The city was stalling, so they took matters into their own hands and found ways to expedite the project. My lawn and stone sitting area had to be dug up to replace old cast iron with PVC and they put everything back perfectly and even laid down fresh sod. I'm hard to please and they blew me away!

Not only is their price for emergency service dispatch less than other places, they take the time to make the job complete and explain it to you! Wes and Billy came out late to fix my leaking sink and addressed every issue while also fixing it so that I won’t have an issue again! Super friendly and amazingly helpful! Will be calling in the future and recommending them to everyone!
