Cody and his colleague/Manager who also visited as part of their quality control program, did an excellent job at fixing the urgent issues and diagnosing other matters that will need future attention. Their technical skills were evident during our discussion of a replacement for our aging water heater. They were very well spoken and informed about options for our home. They were courteous, patient and knowledgeable answering questions , not rushed and seemed to enjoy their work. I would highly recommend based on this initial experience. I appreciated their use of iPad technology to document their recommendations and send timely follow-up emails very efficiently. Well done.

Cody was very good. He arrived to fix a drain problem and a toilet problem and he quoted us the cost of the drain and several estimates for the toilet problem. He was very helpful and answered all my questions courteously and detailed. All was fixed in a short time and to my satisfaction. Great experience. O'Bryan is a reasonable and competent plumbing company that does not dissappoint.

I started to know O'Bryan company when I got the company's lanyard at Allen Holiday Parade, which helped me choose this company over others. Tim came with the other nice plumber and both of them were friendly, kind, and skilled in installing my new toilet within a couple hours. They were very easy to talk to and ask. I would like to keep using these plummbers as long as we live in Allen.

This time it was to replace cast iron sewer lines. A major job that is a big expense, so choosing the right firm is about trusting the people who own and work at the company. Everyone I encountered, from the office staff scheduling the work, to the excavation team and then to the plumbers are top professionals that are customer focused. I was right to chose O'Bryan Plumbing and will use them again. I asked 3 other well known firms for quotes. This type of work has a lot of unknowns so I payed close attention to the wording in each quote of potential extra costs after they start the job. O'Bryan's quote was not the lowest but I decided to trust O'Bryan to do such a complicated task and be fair with their costs. They completed the job without any extra costs. My trust in them was well placed.

Ryan was very helpful and knowledgeable. Not only did he locate the source of the water leak we initially called about, he also fixed a "gurgling" drain pipe we have had for years! I had numerous plumbing companies out for years trying fix that drain and most of them told me it was "belly" in the pipe which was 8,00 fix. Ryan fixed the drain by hydro Jetting the line. He really impressed my wife and I. I highly recommend O'Bryan. They have earned our business for life.

First time customer, great experience with the team, repairs to outdoor faucet completed to my satisfaction, education was provided about my water systems, I signed up for annual membership which included a hot water tank flush and future discounts on other services when I chose to inquire for more help around the house.
