Very lazy. Not and organized company. They send workers out who don't know what they are doing. They have been coming to my house almost two years. A lot of the plumbers look like they came from TDCJ. Once my warranty runs out this company is not to step foot on my property. This the fourth time they put this rod up and it keeps falling down.

We had L & S Mechanical (Houston area) come out on 02/19/2025 to do routine maintenance on our heater. The technician said he was done and left. On Friday, 02/21/2025 we realized that our heater was not heating. We called L & S Mechanical on Saturday, 02/22/2025 to come out and see what was going on. The technician said that the person who performed the maintenance broke a part on the heater. It would have been nice if the original technician would have told us this. The 2nd technician said that the part would have to ordered on Monday, 02/24/2025. We talked with L & S on Monday, they said they were working on getting the part as soon as possible. They finally came back on Tuesday, 03/04/2025 to replace the part. This technician told us the part that was sent was also broken and they would have to order another new part. We spoke with L &S and they said they were paying whatever it cost to have the 2nd new part expedited. They promised it would be here on Wednesday, 03/5/2025. When we did not hear from them, we called and they said it would be here and installed the next day, Thursday. It is now Thursday, 03/06/2025 and the part still isn’t here so much for them paying to have it expedited to get here as soon as possible. We have now been without a heater for over 2 weeks during the winter for something that L & S broke and hasn’t fixed. This is totally unacceptable on a unit that is only 1-1/2 years old in a new home. We still don’t know when our heater will be fixed. We have left messages for a manager to contact us about this situation, but we have not been contacted by a manager. We have only been able to talk with a customer service lead and the technician scheduler. We were happy with our previous maintenance service appointments. This situation is beyond belief. We are tired of being cold at night. The daytime hours are not as bad because it has been warming up during the day. We do not normally post bad reviews but this situation has just gone on for WAY too long. L & S has a 100% satisfaction guarantee. We are not even 1% satisfied with this service.

Victor was very thorough in analyzing our heating problem and gave us good information on the way forward along with a cost estimate to help us in our decision making process. Ultimately it led to the purchase and installation yesterday of a brand new upgraded air conditioner/heater. Chris Garrett is the absolute best! He came to my home to fix a broken water main pipe and was fully dedicated to do it by himself since they were short staffed. Never complained, was so professional and his work was of the highest quality. He needs to be promoted and recognized, since workers like him are hard to find and keep. Mystified to Chris Garrett!!!
