The staff was very informative, communicative and helpful. The Master Plumbber gave me his phone number to call him in the event there were any issues with the replacement. We pretty much redid the entire house reorganising existing kitchen, bathrooms and adding additional bathrooms that made our timelines of Remodelling increase significantly All our plumbing is hanger plumbing and they have to crawl through tunnel spaces for few changes and they did that too. It has been long wait on our part and these guys have been with us this entire time patiently helping us. They have been there all the time with prompt response when needed and took care of all the work and got through city inspections passed. We are getting ready for final fixtures installed to move into the house. Thanks for all the help guys 🙏

Texas Plumbing Solutions I called Texas Plumbing Solutions to solve a problem at my in-law’s house. The gas folks couldn’t read the meter, which is set behind a thick stone wall with a small view hole in it. The meter had been replaced, and the new one was set at a different angle. I explained the problem to TPS, and they sent out Benito Rodriquez. He realized that the old hole would never work, figured out the best view angle, and drilled a new hole through 9 inches of solid limestone. He then rotated the meter to the view by working the heavy fittings. Perfect solution. Normally you would have had to have two trades handle that situation, since the gas line alteration is the part plumbers normally do, but Benito was totally on top of it. Big skill set, super nice guy. And TPS was great to work with. I’d called early Friday evening, and they were out first thing Saturday morning. Unbelievable service.
