I called at 8:09am to see if I could schedule an appointment with a plumber because I had a Kitchen faucet leak. Mike had an appointment available today and came by at 10:25am. I thought it was the faucet that was leaking because it was loose. It was actually the pipe that leads in from the outside had corroded. He was able to repair and replace the pipe and tighten the faucets. Who knows how long it’s been leaking but so glad I found Mike and The Plumbing Pros. I would definitely recommend and they will be my first choice for my future plumbing needs. Thank you so much!

Michael came same day for a drain issue in my guest bathroom. Unlike other plumbers he provides free estimates but since it was an emergency I went ahead with the work. He was able to quickly diagnose and remove the blockage which was local to just that bathroom fortunately. If he wasn’t able to remove the blockage the alternative was to dig and cut out a section of pipe which would cost 10x what I paid so kudos to him for clearing it. He was very good at explaining what he was doing and also used the video camera to scope the drain to make sure it was free and clear.

Update: Michael just finished his third job with us. Replacing two older toilets. He did a great job showing me how our drains are not lined up exactly and how it could possibly cause issues. Great communication, great work, and just a nice guy all around. All of what I posted previously still holds true. I will definitely recommend him to others. First review: Michael was on time and professional. He communicated efficiently through text. Priced fairly for the work. Diagnosed our main issue with a kitchen sink not draining. He has a camera which made it very easy to understand the issue with the drain. He also replaced the kitchen faucet and three old valves. Completed the work in a quick amount of time and cleaned up before he left. He also gave me a reasonable quote for repairing an old shower faucet, and replacing some more older valves in an upstairs bathroom. We will definitely be using him for our future plumbing needs.

After long research we decided to call The Plumbing Pros. We sent some pictures and a video. After that we received an estimate. We were a little skeptical as the price seemed to be too high 1750.00. We asked if that was the final price. He gave us 10% off as it was our first time using his service. When he arrived the next day he looked at the system and said he had never worked with this system before. As we heard this we were even more skeptical but as he discussed the plan of action he was very knowledgeable. He also provided (even though he did not have to) some carpentry and electrical skills. We were excited to see the final product as all we had to do was turn on the switch and our water system was ready. The final price was $1,575.00.Very worth it! We do recommend this company to anyone who may be looking for a plumber. Here is a picture of the final product.

The Plumbing Pros was the only company we found that could help us. We had a unique situation. Mike came out and figured out what to do. The BIG plus, he did not take advantage of us when we received the invoice. Very reasonable!! Mike is a man of great integrity!!

I highly recommend Mike. He was able to come out the same day to fix a running toilet that it turns out had several things causing the problem.
