My elderly aunt had a sink that wouldn't drain. I called Discount Plumbing on MLK Day hoping they were open. James answered the phone. I told him about the situation, and he said he could get someone out before lunch. About 45 minutes later, James called and said a technician was headed over to my aunt's house. John arrived and went straight to work. He completed the job in less than 30 minutes. My aunt said John was very nice and professional. I received a bill electronically and the situation was rectified within 2 hours from the initial call. I would highly recommend Discount Plumbing and will definitely use them again in the future.
