DO NOT Hire this guys! The plumber from this company came just talked. He didn’t do anything to get what he supposed to diagnose. He talked (his version diagnosed) and send a report to our home warranty base on his theory not and action. If you want to get rip off feel free to call them. But I won’t. I normally won’t write a review to anyone it’s not my job to do so but this one is a a very very bad one. He didn’t take a look at the issue. He seems to not willing to get his hands dirty.if negative star exist this dude will get 10.

Well this is the 2nd time my home warranty assigns this company as my contractor and I hate to say it but it’s been a bad experience again. I hoped the first time was a fluke but I was wrong. This contractor never calls to schedule a time to come. Every time I call him, he seems to not remember our previous conversations. He can never specify a time but he agrees to come on a certain date and then fails to show up. It’s frustrating because I cancel my plans and stay home all day waiting for him and it’s for nothing. I will have to call my home warranty again and ask to be reimbursed so I can choose my own plumber. I will also ask them to never assign this contractor to me again.

Raul came out on a Friday in what looked like his personal truck to look at the leak on our property and he was dressed up! Like going to a party. He rescheduled for the following Monday and didn't show up or call. I called him Thursday and we set up for Saturday at 9am. He doesn't even call! I called him and he said he's not coming out because it's too cold and wanted to reschedule for Monday or Tuesday! We demanded our insurance to get another contractor. Avoid at all costs!

Our home warranty company scheduled A1 after our attic hot water heater went out and started leaking water. He showed up and looked at the water heater and determined it needed replacement. He told us he would contact the Home warranty company and schedule a time for replacement the same week. We our know going on our third week, we have not heard back from them, and they will not answer calls (voice mail is full, so you cant leave a message). He has never contacted our warranty company at all. Horrible customer service, avoid at all cost.

ABSOLUTE WORSE SERVICE & EXPERIENCE! We waited 3 weeks for Raul to show up, after multiple phone calls and answering the same questions repeatedly he finally shows up. When I walk into my house he’s stabbing my restroom sink with one of OUR hangers and plunging it with OUR plunger. My husband said he asked if WE had a ladder. When I asked Raul if he had his own tools he immediately became defensive told me to move out of the way and stormed out of my house then peels out when he leaves. I’ve never experienced such rudeness and a straight lack of professionalism.

Bad business with the owner. I was quoted a price for some work done on my home and once the work was completed the owner tried to addon $500 more. He claimed it was for having to remove cement from piping. None of that extra work was ever done and he was trying to pull a fast one. I work with piping for a living and saw the work that was being done and knew he was lying about his claims. All I can say is buyer beware they seem to try to take advantage of people.

Our Protection Plan has assigned A-1 three different times for different situations. The same man answers and says that we need to call someone else because they don’t have time or no one available. Maybe it’s a blessing in disguise.

If possible I would give this company negative stars. Horrible service. The owner, or at least gentleman answering gave me the runaround and caused a large inconvenience when he would schedule for a time frame and not show up. I was assigned this contractor through my homeowners insurance so i HIGHLY HIGHLY suggest NOT wasting your time with this gentleman or company.
