Everyone at Bacon was very helpful and courteous. Setting up the appointment was super easy, and they sent text messages that kept you updated on when they were on their way and estimated time of arrival. Daniel listened to what I wanted and presented options at different price points and help me decide which option best fit my needs. He took the time to install my new GM Energy PowerShift Charger and tested it before leaving. Excellent service, will use Bacon again without hesitation.

I had Bacon come out yesterday to tune-up my AC system, Josh Baker and his apprentice Landon did an amazing job. Not only did they clean my system they took the time to walk through the entire process and check in with me throughout the visit. I’m grateful to have such knowledgeable and trustworthy people help get this checked off my list. I highly recommend getting the Friends and Family Plan also, it includes the tune-ups for all 3 trades they service and discounts on repairs. Thank you, Bacon!!

Today Had an electrical problem. I contacted thumbtack and they refer me to Bacon . My service tech name was Andrew Brown, he was very professional. Andrew Brown service my CFI plugs great customer service skills very knowledgeable about his work we need more Electricians such as Andrew. Someone who takes pride in his work Just wanted to say Thank you for your hard work

Bacon plumbing did an excellent job of taking care of my plumbing problem promptly yesterday. Willy Dayton did an excellent job. Hector was so nice and went beyond the requirement of maintenance on my air conditioner. His trainee was very nice as well. My unit was extremely dirty do to mud slide and they cleaned it up with no complaints. Thank you again for a job well done!

Wow, incredible service by the entire company. From the high level communication by text and email, the tone and demeanor of the receptionist & dispatcher, to the exemplary service and effort provided by Dawson Grimes. To the owner or whoever hired these people, you have the right mold, don’t change a thing. The genuine sincerity and effort was refreshing. My home is old and I care for my 90 y/o mother with dementia at home. A non flushing commode is a huge problem. This company parted the seas to get to us. I am very grateful. I know the kindness and spirit of Dawson and this company will be returned ten fold. I highly recommend this company.

Jeremy Z was awesome! It was late, 1:15 am, and he was so nice, polite, and knowledgeable. (We were expecting grumpy…but we were wrong). He fixed our plumbing issues, explaining everything he was doing, and we were back in business! A true asset to Bacon Plumbing…hopefully Bacon Plumbing is taking of him, because he will help grow your business with his positive attitude and plumbing skills!
