Total Plumbing Service Inc.

This is the first time I’ve used Total Plumbing but gave them a call based on their reviews. Well, they showed up the same day to asses the job and give me an estimate (we needed two new water heaters and couldn’t put it off any longer) and Josh did the work the next day. The installation and work was top notch, they balanced the water inflow to each heater (which the original builder contractor did not do), added all new shut off valves and a new gas valve, and the price was more than fair. I already have more jobs for them to do. I’m really glad I called them.

Craig and Brian were fantastic! Super fast response time and easy scheduling. They arrived precisely on time, were professional and friendly and easy to talk with through the whole process of replacing our faucets. I highly recommend Total Plumbing Service. Found them on Good Contractors List. SO glad I chose them.

Used them for 2 years and was a member for a year. Had an issue with the main water line and they tried charging me $1200 to fix. Talked to a supervisor and discussed how much money we’ve spent the last year pleading to help me out. Ended up knocking off $200 bucks. Called another company and they recommended I call the city to see if they can assist. City fixed the issue for free no thanks to total plumbing. Sad thing is the supervisor tried reassuring me he understood, has a family and will work with me. Did not sit well with me that even being a member, all the cared about was taking my money. Canceled the renewal for the membership immediately.

Robert fixed the issue with my pipes, he took the time to explain everything to me and I’m very satisfied with the service. I’ve used Total Plumbing several times and they always went above and beyond. I highly recommend! Updated: Because of the freeze I had to call Total Plumbing again to fix another issue. Angel did a wonderful job! I’m always very satisfied with their service.

Added a sink in the garage: Outstanding service, craftsmanship, clean and caring!!! Will definitely use them again and I’ll request James….if I could give more stars I would! Very pleased and satisfied.

My whole experience with Total Plumbing service was wonderful! Jubal was amazing! He was very nice, personable, and knowledgeable! He went above and beyond to fix the leak outside in the meter box, placing rock in the bottom of the box and elevating the new pipes so they were no longer sitting in dirt and mud. I very much appreciate his dedication and pride in the work he does!

Josh and Total Plumbing were great! This is the second time I used their services and had my issue fixed the same day! Everyone is super nice, professional, and fair pricing! I never feel I “have to” buy anything. Thanks all!

Very professional. Angel explained what he was looking for during his inspection and answered all of my inquiries. He arrived promptly, provided a detailed cost estimate, performed the needed tasks, cleaned up, walked me through the completed items, and emailed to me the receipt. Very thorough and much appreciated for a job well done.
