On time as always and best value and work done. Will definitely be using them from now on. Thought I only had one leak and come to find out it was actually two of them. The second leak was from a previous repair from a deferent company. Thank goodness Pat took the time to look and make sure there wasn't any others and found the second one.

Our experience was fantastic. They showed up on time, explained exactly why our furnace wasn’t draining and then fixed the issue. At a time where it’s hard to find a reliable plumber, who is knowledgeable and charges a fair price… We highly recommend Northwest Plumbing, heating and air-conditioning!

Thank you Denise & crew at Northwest Plumbing & AC. I made a call, late in the day Friday afternoon & Denise hooked us up! Within 1 hour of my call, Pat was at our house with a new water heater loaded on his truck. Above & beyond, 5 star service!! As usual, nothing goes as planned, but Pat took the extra step to take care of our needs. He cleaned up the mess that was made, hauled off the old tank & was outta there just as the sunset. We also use NW Plumbing at my place of employment. 99% of the time we get same day service-the other 1% is because I’ve made the call too late in the day. I had an outside leak due to some root growth that had been previously repaired a few years earlier. Denise was quick to respond and helped schedule repair the same day. Eric arrived on time and repaired the leak in less than an hour. Both Denise and Eric were professional and helpful in resolving the problem.

Pat came out and serviced our gas fireplace today for a reasonable price and was very helpful explaining each step . With the cold weather on its way I’m very pleased that it’s up and running properly and very thankful for his service . Thank you again pat we appreciate it.

I recently had Chris respond to an issue I had with the water hook up to a new bidet seat I was trying to install. After Chris resolved that problem, I then had him finish the job and install the bidet itself. Chris did an excellent job throughout. Normally I have dealt with Eric (owner) but found that Chris is just as pleasant to work with and competent. This why I am a lifetime customer.

Yup I coulda maybe fixed her myself but then… leaky Tiki AGAIN… Northwest Plumbers fixed it right the first time… responded and did repair right away before it got worse. Very nice people and looks totally pro to me!
