Man oh man, I can't begin to express how grateful I am to have chosen 1st Call Plumbing & AC. It was a Sunday evening when we felt major concern about our leaking water heater (extremely old). We called 1st call thinking there wouldn't be an opening till the week, they sent someone out to us within a few hours. We got Chris, who knew soooooooooooo much about water heaters. He was fun and extremely friendly. The best thing is that he also wanted to educate you not just on what needs to be replaced but why. He was willing to replace in right there and then, but we scheduled for next day installment where he came with his partner Mike. They completely transformed the housing compartment for our water heater. Which had rodent droppings and spider webs into a whole new space. They truly, and I mean truly care about the customer. As someone who worked retail for a chunk of my life, I know how important and valued that is. Thank you again Chris and Mike! 1st Call has a customer for life!

My experience with First Call Plumbing was A+ in all aspects. Brian arrived on time & he & his helper worked for the next 3+ hours to correct the problem. They left the area spotless! They were polite & professional. I would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends & colleagues.

My plumbing technician, Christopher E., was phenomenal. He was courteous, considerate, professional, and very knowledgeable. I first had him come out because I had a leak behind the toilet from the angle stop, where the water hose connects to the pipe coming out of the wall. He quickly fixed this issue and called out that an inferior part had been used by my home's builder, so I ended up having all the angle stops replaced in my home. I appreciated his honesty and feel I got a good price for the work performed. I will absolutely use 1st Call again and will request Christopher if he's available.

Water Heater quit working on Sunday night. Contacted 1st Call at 7am Monday. Water heater replaced and had HOT WATER by Noon! Ryan McCleary did a fantastic job. Thank y’all very much!

I was having issues with my rental property’s kitchen sink backing up along with a leaky valve. I previously had a plumber go out and look at the issue and he said I had to live with the sink like that. So I searched for a second opinion and found 1st Call Plumbing. They were able to go out to the property next day. Christopher was amazing. Perfect customer service and fully explained to me the issues that were going on and what needed to be done. We went ahead with the service and he was able to fix all the sink issues I was having and made sure everything was working properly. I am very pleased with the service from 1st Call plumbing. I will definitely be using them again. :)

"Zeke", HVAC Tech, was absolutely phenomenal. He was extremely knowledgeable of his craft, very, very friendly. He took the explain the particulars of my AC issue but to be aware of other possible AC situations because of its age. He epitomizes the term, "great customer service". If and when I need service again, I will be sure to call 1st Call and hopefully have Zeke as my Service Tech. JOB WELL DONE. Will

Josh Haley and Apprentice Josh performed an outstanding job troubleshooting a water leak indicated by the water meter. However no actual water leak was detected on the property. The problem was the Pressure Regulator Valve and the Hot Water Heater Expansion Tank. Both Josh's were very professional and explained their operation in detail. And, they perform a thorough cleanup when the job is complete. I highly recommend 1st Call Plumbing. Their costs are reasonable and their Plumbers very knowledgeable. Ron Sipe

Amazing service! Greg came out and checked for leaks on our gas water heater which we had a scare with once we smelled some gas and made sure everything was safe and didn't charge me a thing for the time he was out here. Amazing company and top notch service highly recommended 1st call!
