Accurate Leak and Line - San Antonio

There aren’t enough positive expressions of words in my vocabulary to express what a fantastic job Accurate Leak and Line did while replacing our sewage line! From the time of first contact with Josh to completion, the entire process was seamless and completely stress-free. (Josh obtained the permit and arranged for the inspection which, when done, passed without a hitch). We live in a 100+ year old home and the cast iron pipes underneath the house and clay sewage line were the original (what was left of them). Josh’s team (Fernando, Mike, Hadden, Eric and others on the job) worked together like a finely oiled machine and all were very pleasant and respectful. Josh checked in daily and kept us apprised of the timing of each next step (A++ for communication throughout). Fernando went above and beyond when replacing the flange for the toilet as it needed to be re-positioned (not done correctly when originally installed) replacing a portion of the wood that was compromised from moisture, then carefully glued back the vinyl tile in that area. The excavation crew led by Gustavo worked steadily and efficiently, and despite needing to dig under concrete-like rocks and slate, they were meticulous in assuring that the dug-up dirt was well arranged on our lawn and covered with a plastic tarp during the time it took to finish the trench and lay the new pipe. At the time of job completion (from beginning to end it only took about 5 days), the excavation crew returned to remove the dirt and re-apply the gravel that was on our parking landing pad. Overall, we experienced excellent customer service, very little household disruption, no associated damage, total peace of mind throughout the whole process, and OUTSTANDING skill and expertise in getting the job done. For the amount of work effort required, we felt that the cost was very reasonable, especially for the high-quality result. Highly recommend without reservation!

The first visit was a free estimate of the plumbing job I needed. They were on time and completed the estimate quickly. When they came back to do the work they showed up on time and completed the job quickly, efficiently. I definitely recommend this company.

The Plumbing Experts that visited my home were professional, extremely knowledgeable, timely, and great communicators. They arrived 10 min early, explained the leak detection process in great detail, and explained each test they performed during the leak detection process. They also taught me how to read the new electronic meter that was recently installed by the Water Company for the city meter. I could not be happier with this company and there group of detection specialist.

We recently ran into a situation with a water leak at our preschool. After I determined that the leak was outside of the building and not a toilet/faucet/etc, we called Accurate Leak and Line out. Their employees were some of the most professional, patient, and courteous that I've worked with in quite a while. In our case, the leak ended up being difficult to pinpoint because of the depth of our water line, the material that it was laid in, and the thickness of our parking lot concrete. Eventually, the owner (who came out multiple times himself to diagnose) and I made the collective decision to replace our water line. This wasn't an easy decision to make, but it was the right one considering all of the circumstances. Replacement was a 4 day job because of the length of the line, and the Accurate Leak and Line team along with the excavation and trenching team that they brought in did a great job to ensure that the work area was safe and that there was minimal interruption to our customers. The work was timely and done correctly. I would absolutely recommend their services and will use them again if I run into a similar situation in a residential or commercial scenario.

These folks are great. Very knowledgeable and professional. Showed up on time and took care of the issues with my plumbing drain pipes under my house. No need to call anybody else, these guy's are the greatest!!! Major plumbing issues handled fast and very professional with the best rates anywhere around tha San Antonio area. Would give them 10 stars!!!

I have to say it takes a lot to shock me but Josh did just that by not charging me! We had a major main line replacement earlier this year and he was able to quickly determine it was more than likely with the new line as there were a bunch of ants at the PRV by the main shut off at the curb. I need to call my plumber who installed the line to repair. If it turns out it’s not that then we have a bigger problem and I will need expensive testing and repairs done. Fingers crossed it’s something simple with the new PEX line at a T only spots it can be.
