George and Orly came to my house to install a HVAC system. Orly was very professional, keep me updated with the installation process and answered all my questions no matter how trivial they may have been. George and Orly worked together as a team in all aspects of the installation and made sure that I was happy with their installation work and all their cleanup. A terrific installation job...Well done guys!!

Jon and Alexander were amazing at installing our new inside and outside unit! They explained every step of the way and worked very hard from beginning to end. The whole process was outstanding. Our ac went out and they had someone out within the hour to diagnose and let us know what was needed. Fair and honest pricing and they even came out the next day to install. My parents used them in the past and they didn’t disappoint then or now. A great 12 year warranty and an amazing and competitive price!

The entire process with Air & Plumbing Today has been so refreshing. Got an appointment with 24 hours (same day was offered). My tech, Jordan S. was amazing! Came out at the exact time he said, quickly inspected and diagnosed the issue with my AC Unit. Provided an estimate and talked me through the work that needed to done to a comfortable place of understanding. This entire process was easier than getting an oil change on my car. This company is now my go to for any issues. Thank you Jordan for saving the day!

Leland did an amazing job and was very informative. He handled everything professionally and never made me feel rushed to make a decision on what services my A/C required. Amazing company from the minute I called to the completion of the service. Definitely going to call them again for routine maintenance. Highly recommend.

Austin in the Austin office was phenomenal! He was working in another unit near my condo and noticed I had an issue. He quickly troubleshooted the issue for the night. Unfortunately our pipes are antiquated and need replacing. Austin was very quick and responsive. He clearly communicated the problem as he knows it and has contacted our HOA to try to get a permanent solution. Austin was very professional and did a great job. I would definitely use them again!

How about this for superb service, the Chris and Daniel team had an opening this morning and came early to fix my issue. I can't say enough great things about A & P. The team did a superb job. Both were very professional and knowledgeable. Super job and superb work. Thanks, you will be my Plumbing go to from now on.

My mother noticed a puddle of water appearing in the garage at home. Having experienced great HVAC and plumbing service from Air & Plumbing Today before I called and requested an appointment for my parents home. I was given the next appointment which was perfect timing for me to drive to their home in San Antonio, TX. Forrest F arrived on time, located and explained the water heater was indeed dripping from the back. He explained our replacement options and everything needing to be brought up to code to replace the water heater. He set up the appointment for the following afternoon to work around my parents schedule. After his knowledgable and respectful service with my elderly parents and my sibling whom he also reviewed the options with by phone, I decided to ask if perhaps he could look at the shower faucet. My mother no longer has the strength to operate her shower faucet. There needed to be some tile demo to replace the shower faucet with one she could operate. He new exactly what would work so we decided to add to our work order for the following day. My parents are very happy with the new faucet suggested by Forrest F and installed by Edgar B at their home. Roger R replaced the water heater and several pipes needing to be upgraded. This whole process was seamless, from the initial consultation to the final check. All 3 technicians who came out were professional, knowledgeable, friendly and cleaned up everything perfectly not to mention how respectful they were with my elderly parents. It’s wonderful to know good customer service is still provided by this company and it’s employees. I highly recommend them for any air or plumbing needs. We’ve had other work done at another location as well and will continue to use and recommend Air and Plumbing Today. Very pleased with Forrest, Roger and Edgar as well as the staff who handled the phone call.

Austin was amazing! He came out late Friday night to help me. He addressed the issue to the best of his ability and came back every day over the weekend until he had a plan in place. I highly recommend him and his company. He definitely deserves a raise!
