Called them for a price on changing out an anode rod, the lady said it's not possible as they need to see the scope of the work. Booked appointment for service, they rebooked for today. Larry calls said he'll be here shortly. Larry arrives, an absolute gentleman. Says we installed the water heater, yep, you did. Looks at the water heater, punches up some info on his tablet. Bing $589.00 to install an anode rod plus $99.00 trip charge. I say that's the cost of a water heater. He's says he rarely changes them out and they should have told me the cost over the phone. I say it says "free estimates" on the side of his van. I say good day sir, he says what about the $99.00 trip charge. I said you can't charge me when you also agree that they give free estimates and all you did was look at the water heater from 8 feet away. Larry says he understands, I say if you want me to call the office to explain I will. Anyone else tired of the bs from service providers?

We had to have our 13 year old A/C system replaced due to a leaking coil. We dreaded having to go through this process again. However, we knew it was important to choose the most reliable & reputable company to do the work. Aramendia came through for us. Josh the representative did an excellent job suggesting the optimal replacement unit & most importantly arranged the financing & service plan. The 2 technicians that completed the installation - Marcello & Leo, were very friendly, efficient, knowledgable, conscientious & extremely professional. It's obvious we made the right choice. Marcello & Leo did an excellent job from preparing the areas leading to the attic with tarps to thoroughly explaining how the new thermostat worked. We couldn't have asked for better service. Thank you Marcello, Leo & Josh for making this whole experience a pleasant one.

Lindsey, Ruben and Paul are my dream team. My air conditioner stopped cooling suddenly and the air flow weaken. I made an appointment online Friday night and scheduled for Monday. Lindsey reached out the next day Saturday and let me know they could come out on the weekend and had availability same day without extra charges! Ruben and Paul showed up and let me know my capacitor went out on my outside unit and my inside unit was working at lowest standard signaling replacement as well. I personally have had to learn as I go as a homeowner what is necessary and what is not for my home and who the people are that I can trust to come through and take care of business. These guys are professional, trustworthy and knowledgeable and incredibly helpful! I will not go with anyone else. I am so happy to have found them and today they gained a customer for life. Thank you to Ruben García for doing such a great job! He was very professional and courteous. He did a good job of explaining the new thermostat and walked me through setting up the app. He also made sure to push for speedy service so my elderly mother would not suffer through cold temps. And on his way out, he schedule our next maintenance appointment. Overall a great service experience!

Ty Sabal came by on 21 March 2025 for my semi-annual HVAC Wellness Checkup. As usual Ty had a huge smile on his face as he and Josh arrived exactly on time. My old 11 year old AC System was showing some problems. After a thorough checkup, Ty showed me where the coils were leaking badly and needed some help. He and Josh explained my options and we settled on a new system to replace my old dinosaur. Ty and Josh explained everything with pictures and video and they made it an easy decision for me. They saved my from a disaster waiting to happen. Ty and Josh are always super friendly and I will be asking for them in September for my second HVAC Wellness Checkup. Those two are Number One in my book. Ask for them.

Terrible experience, I’ve been using Aramendis for 2-3 years and have done AC and water softener work. I’ve been pleased with their work. My water heater quit so I had them out and they suggested replacing the water heater, total cost about $6500 dollars. They also proposed an alternative of changing the heating coils, at a cost of $2000+. This disturbed me because I remember the same with the water softener. They pulled out my 3 year-old machine and put in a new one, also working on some lines that were freeze-damaged. That, too, was $6000. I called my nephew in Dallas (who has a plumbing company) and he told me how to replace the coils and a couple more minor seals, etc., total cost $46 and about an hour of work. Everything works fine and it seems I saved $6000+.

Jonathon Billow came to my home to provide my Home Health Report Card. He provided excellent information to help me make appropriate decisions for my home. He was knowledgeable and answered all my questions and my concerns. He also made sure my upgrades are scheduled on the same day. Thank you! Larry Arriaga came to my home to service the needed repairs today, 4/14. He explained to me the needed repairs and answered my questions. He and his helper immediately set to work and even though some unexpected problems did have to be overcome, they worked calmly and did not get frustrated with the bumps in the road that kept popping up. They worked well together so that the needed repairs were done as efficiently as possible. They cleaned up and made sure that I inspected their work when done. I have been a long time customer of Aremendia and Larry and his helper and the work they did for me today is just one example of why
